I always appreciate the care and kindness of Dr. Shaw at VCA Santa Anita. The entire staff clearly loves animals and do their best to make them feel special.

I do feel like the organization does take vet care to the extreme with the “just to be sure” tests.

I do appreciate the care club and feel that it was beneficial for the kittens that we adopted. They were well cared for and are now solid, healthy cats.

Dr. Najarian is a wonderful vet. My old kitty Cricket was suffering from kidney disease. Dr. N gave him great care and when I decided it was best to put him down, he and his staff were incredibly compassionate. If I still lived in Monrovia he would still be my vet. A++++

I have been bringing my dog Perla to VCA Santa Anita for few years now.

We come here because of world class veterinarian - Dr. Jeffrey Najarian. He is absolutely amazing! He knows everything there is about dogs, he is an amazing surgeon, and he is a wonderful human being, always kind, warm, always having time and patience. He is one of these extraordinary people who even though so much more busier than others - always has time to help, think, and enhance lives of everyone around.

In addition, today we met the most amazing vet assistant here! Her name is Alexis Daniels . She was kind, knowledgeable, patient, truly present, and super gentle with my dog Perla. She took time in everything needed and she had the most beautiful smile on her face.

We really thought that Alexis should truly be a role model for all vet assistants and customer service associates out there.

Dr. Najarian is simply the best. Eventhough I have moved out of Arcadia to North Hollywood years ago, but I still comes back here for my cat Smokey. Dr. Najarian always takes time to explain and answering questions and he's very open minded to explain all the options, prices, plus pros and cons, for that I sincerely appreciated ?

I have joined the CareClub about a year ago because my cat has been getting old and all the exams she needed can cost a fortune in other places (and I know that after the fact...). At the time, the front desk lady DID Asked if I would like to have the option to unsuscribe the program after a year, and I signed and agreed. So the pet owners CAN have the option to opt-out after a year.

Every time I am here, the front desk and assistants are always all very friendly and helpful. I have not experienced any problems out of the five visits I have been here. The only thing is they can get busy and the wait time can be a while. But hey, this is just another sign that they are great and trustworthy so the wait time is worth it imo ?

The best animal hospital in San Gabriel valley. Our dog comes here for regular check ups and medical needs. The people here are very kind and they love our dog. When we leave our dog here, we feel safe and peaceful.

When our dog had an injury on his leg a few months ago, the vet doctor did a great job on the surgery and the nurses performed flawless and professionally to take care our dog in post surgery recovery.

The cost is reasonable for dog care. We bought insurance from VCA for our dog and the cost for each visit is economical. The most important thing is that this place takes care our dog so he can live a healthy live.

During Covid-19, you can just park your car in the parking lot and then call in with the parking spot number. A nurse will come out and take the dog for the appointment. This is a fantastic service, keeps everyone safe.
