My new puppy recently ate something she wasn't suppose to and brought her to VCA Webb Animal Hospital in Rincon. They took her right away and she was there for the day. I was kept informed all day by the Hospital Manger, Amy, on what they were doing and on how my puppy was doing. Dr. Foglia was quick in finding a solution. My puppy is better now and I was able to schedule her spay surgery which was done on Monday. She is doing great and once again, Amy kept me informed throughout the day. To be honest, my puppy is hyper and annoying at times but the staff was friendly, understanding and handled her in a loving way. They care about the animals they see which is something I look for. I joined the VCA care club which saved me a lot of money and helps me keep up with all of her shots and medical needs. Great place and now I have to set up appointments for my other 3 pets and enroll them in the VCA Care Club knowing the great care they will receive.

I recently got a new puppy, who needed shots. I got recommended VCA webbs. So I took my puppy there and I was met by a very welcoming staff and Mrs. Amy the manger met me up front and took my puppy from me because they fit me in just in time. great experience. Very nice and fast service, my puppy was all ready to go in 20 minutes.

Since being purchased by VCA, Webb has lost most of the good vets they had on staff that really seemed to care. Even most of their administrative staff have rotated out. Your first challenge will be getting someone to answer the phone. Since you will be directed to voicemail, your next challenge is getting them to call you back. Once you get an appointment and get the opportunity to see the vet, things may get a little better depending on which vet you get. We had one misdiagnose two of our animals and her pet side manner during a cancer diagnosis lacked any sort of compassion. Their operation appears to be more about business and less about care these days.

We went to VCA Webb Animal Hospital in Rincon, GA. They took our fur baby right away to be examined , the examination discovered absess teeth, they were wonderful and caring to my baby. I would recommend this facility in a heart beat. Thank you Amy for caring so deeply for Toby. I feel comfortable bring my fur baby to this fantastic facility.They listen to what you have to say. They treat you respectfully. So, on that note I would hurry on down to this clinic. Thank you for all you do for our fur baby. Thank you again. On 10/8 our fur baby had a procedure to have multiple teeth removed. I was very nervous for him, but I knew that he was in good hands. My husband brought our furbaby in around 8:00 am. We picked him up around 5:00 pm. They kept in contact along with a photo of him. I would like to thank the whole staff for going above and beyond to comfort our baby. Thank you again Amy.

This was My first time going to Webbs for my dog Sparky. It was definitely one of the best veterinary hospitals that I've been to. Everyone was professional and extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks Webbs!

Made two separate appointments over the phone for two of my pets. Never received a confirmation email or text called back later. To confirm the appointment time and date. They had no record of the appointment. This happened twice. They clearly don't hire any competent office workers. If they can't get the small things correct like recording appointments they won't get the big things right

I took my cat in for a first visit and everyone was so wonderful! The doctor was immediately able to pin point my cats problem and explained her treatment plan. Their fees were reasonable and the assistant went over the financial part before his treatment.

It’s been 2 days since our visit and my cat is feeling so much better.

This is the NO compassion Animal Hospital. Our baby, Millie, was having stomach spasms and we wanted her to be checked out to make sure it was not serious. We were loyal customers of Webb’s 20 years ago, when we lived in Pooler. This morning, I checked their website to make sure they were open on Saturdays and accepted walk-ins, the website answered yes to both of these. Seeing they opened at 8am, we drove 57 mins and arrived at 8:17am. When we arrived, there was no one in the waiting area. The receptionist immediately informed us they did not accept walk-ins, despite their website stating differently. The receptionist said they were booked for the day and they could not see her. However, she asked the vet anyways and the vet reiterated they were too busy to see her, never mind the empty waiting room. They made it blatantly obvious that they were NOT at all concerned with the well being of my Millie. They suggested we go to South Carolina to get her looked at. However, the most frustrating part of our interaction was that in the time it took them to decide whether or not they were able to examine her, the vet could have easily determined if her symptoms were serious or not. If you love your pet like we do, I highly suggest not using this hospital. I am extremely upset with the obvious lack of compassion for our beloved pet.
