Our fur babies have always been well cared for by the VHAH team. There care and concern are evident at every visit and every phone call or text message. We love this team!
Dr. Sneed and staff always make me feel like our Molly is the queen of cats. We love how they care and love on her each time. Our questions are never left unanswered.

Very sad day, had to euthanize my guinea pig, who was no longer moving around his cage and no longer eating for the last two days. I just wanted to say that Vernon Hills Animal Hospital treated me and my little guy so well, every consideration was given, box of tissues, there, and a black blanket over the examination counter. My grief was respected, and they treated me so kindly.
I recommend them when the time comes for you and your beloved pet.

We are new to Vernon Hills Animal Hospital. On our first visit, the technician and doctor were so kind & patient with my whole family including our new fearful rescue dog. They made sure that the experience was a positive one for Dexter including lots of treats (which they asked permission about first). They took their time in getting to know him and trying to gain his trust, allowing him to come to them and stopping when they thought he was getting too stressed or fearful. They chose to end on a good note and not force anything unnecessary. They took time to answer all of our questions and we never felt rushed or like we were bothering them. We are so grateful for their care

Our dog is a difficult dog with all doctor visits. This veterinary clinic claimed to be able to handle difficult animals. Everything was going well until the doctor that was seeing our dog left the practice. At this point they told us it was best if our dog continued to see the vet that left the practice. This was not for a routine physical, our dog had pneumonia.
