Dr. Carey and his staff are great! Highly recommend! My fur babies have their annual exam tomorrow that I will not be able to attend due to work purposes, but my boyfriend will be taking them for me. I know Dr. Carey and his staff will inform him of everything and will overall take care of our sweet girls!

This clinic has excellent vets and nurses. They are excellent explaining what your pet ( baby) needs and I have nothing ,but positive experience when my service dog is seen here. I am so happy to have found this clinic. Strongly recommend!

I cannot believe I dropped this clinic from a 5 stars. I have had 3 cats two of which needed to be euthanize and one that passed on his own. This clinic was wonderful during that time. I now have another cat who very seldom has to be seen. I called them on a Friday afternoon and explained what was going on. I was informed to bring her in and they would work her in, but it would be an extra 75.00 fee for an emergency visit. I was glad to be informed of that, not that it mattered. However, I cannot just leave my job to take my cat to the vet, and I have no one else that could help. I explained that I didn't get off work until 4:30. I was told they would not be able to see her and to take her to an emergency vet. I was given one in Atlanta and Auburn. I was to take my sick cat over an hour away in a vehicle. Seriously?! I was then told about one in Columbus. I work 17 mins away from my house and literally live 2 mins from the clinic. I could have been there before they closed at 5:30. I was told I would have plenty of time when I got off to take her to the emergency clinic. I could not believe what I was hearing. So, apparently since I could not get there in time and pay the 75.00 emergency visit fee my cat was not that big of an emergency after all. I was then given an "Oh by the way" we no longer open on Saturday. It was just the way everything was said. For the first time it all felt phony and that the clinic was "just a business" now. It felt so impersonal. That's the reason for the drop in stars.
I did not take my cat to an emergency clinic, but I did take her to my former vet and that's who she will see from now on. I wasn't charged a 75.00 fee just because it was an emergency and she was able to be seen even by the time I got there.
I know people who are hurt have a tendency to lash out, but I do not feel I am lashing out. I believe I have stated facts, and as with some businesses after a while you part ways with them because they are no longer a good fit, and life still goes on.
I wish this clinic nothing but the best because at one time they suited my needs. They've been an asset to Ellerslie.

We love everything about this place! Our dogs are always taken care of, and any meds we need are always available on site. And th ebiggest plus of all, even in todays economy, they haven't up'ed their prices! They remain the same as always which shows how much they care!
