Yo quiero decir que no vayan a este sitio ya que lleve a mi máscota de emergencia y no nos atendieron , primero nos cobraron sin antes revisarla y nos dijeron que esperáramos 30 minutos pasado el tiempo tuvimos que llamar y nos dijeron que había otros perros más graves adentro y que lo de nuestra mascota era algo insignificante , pésimo servicio.

Our husky was diagnosed with Pyometra and needed immediate same day emergency surgery. Vet Emergency Center of Redlands took amazing care of our girl. The communication was 5 stars from the moment I walked in the door. The nurses were friendly, the doctors were informative and knowing how costly pet care can be, the itemized receipt was greatly appreciated. During her stay I received text updates, photos as well as phone calls that put my nerves to rest. There was never a moment I doubted the people I left my baby with.
I also have to add that she had recently been sprayed by a skunk and though it mostly faded they were so understanding about it rather than shunning away from her. She’s home now and doing great.

I have had dogs all of my life and have experience many animal hospitals over the years. Although I had a long wait time, I was so appreciative of getting in on the same day. These days it doesn't matter how sick your dog is you have to make an appointment which is usually a week or two out. This time it was a real emergency and I thought I was going to lose my dog. This clinic allows walk-ins only, no appointments. There is a long wait time once you get there, but that's OK..as they saw me the same day. When my dog, Shasta, took a turn for the absolute worse, they came in and grabbed her immediately. I signed a paper agreeing to the tests that they wanted to give to her and told me it would be about a two hour wait before I would get the results and I could go and get something to eat which I did. But they said if I would like to see her first in a private room, I could. So I did and I told Shasta how much I loved her and I hoped and I prayed that I would be able to bring her home with me after this was all over. But I also said goodbye and took a sweet picture of the both of us in case it was the last time I'd see her. The test finally came back and the doctor called me and told me about the results of the blood test and the x-ray etc. etc. and I was waiting for the bomb to drop. This doctor was so compassionate and so knowledgeable and put everything into terms that I could understand. She wasn't in a hurry and she waited until all of my questions were answered and at the very end of the conversation, she told me I could bring my sweet baby home and that she would most likely recover from this. And if I saw signs that Shasta was not getting better, to bring her back in. My dog is now recovering nicely.
I have never Experienced such an amazing veterinary doctor, facility and staff as this. I only wish that I could find a similar Veterinary office for our regular visits.
I would like to mention one more thing,...in this day and age, It is absolutely hard to get your sweet baby in at other facilities on the same day without making an appointment even if it's an emergency. The wait here is worth it! Anything that can be done will be done to save your beloved pet. The lobby is large and extremely comfortable with privacy if you wish. There is coffee and tea and nice restrooms. Make sure to take your phone, or your computer or a book to help time pass quickly

Best animal hospital ever! The staff is amazing, friendly and welcoming. The hospital is kept very clean and organized. The team allowed us to visit with our sick doggy even though they were busy. I would highly recommend this ER! Dr. Diaz is a phenomenal veterinarian, we were blessed she took care of our Daisy. She is extremely intelligent, compassionate and thorough. She took the time to discuss Daisy’s condition, treatment and answered all our questions. Once discharged, the hospital answered messages and Dr. Diaz took time to call to discuss meds, labs, home care and the next steps. Thank you so much to the entire staff, we are incredibly grateful for your competence and the quality care you provided our baby. We are forever grateful and willing to travel for the exceptional care you provide! You should be proud of the work you do! You truly make a difference in the best way!

The Veterinary Emergency Center of Redlands is simply the best. I’ve only been there a couple of times and the staff was absolutely amazing. On this last visit, we had to send our dog to heaven and we got to do so in such a loving and beautiful way. We were placed in their comfort room and were given the amount of time we needed to say goodbye to our sweet Rocco.

The hospital and staff were very professional and caring towards our old senior pup as if it were their on pet. We love that they provided photos while our pup was in their care for a couple of days as well as updates from the nurses caring for her.

Unfortunately our princess didn’t make it. They worked with us til the very end and we appreciate all their efforts. Though our princess is in heaven, she loved their care and made her feel comfortable while at the hospital.

Despite we were heart broken about our dog; but this place..staffs and the doctor who are on duty today; they took their time to help, comfort and sympathetic towards us.

They have a heart to take care not just the animals but the affected owners.
