Horrible experiencia llegue allí alas 9.00 pm con mi perrito coco con fiebre y tos seca secreción en sus ojos esperábamos 5 horas desidimos llamar aver que sucedía que entraban perros que llegaban mucho después para solo desirnos mientras lleguen perros más cercano a muerte serán atendidos primero que de lo contrario esperara dos horas mas o que me fuera y virara por la mañana por que el doctor no veía que fuera de emergencia alegó la mujer que por qué no lo lleve aún veterinario pues por la sencilla razón que ninguno lo quiso antender alegando que esa tos era algo de emergencia que ellos no podían bregar y tampoco hay citas hasta agosto ya que es un puppy y no tiene récord en ningún veterinario encerio son peor q lo animales ese doctor en rehusar atender mi mascota como ello sabes si mi perro es de cuidao o no si siquiera le dieron primeros auxilios solo pidieron ver sus ancias y ni siquiera ver su temperatura nada isieron por lo menos ver que está bien y sentirnos más tranquilos y esperar como se debe pues y soy una persona cuadrapelijica y mo me importaba esperar por mi fiel compañero me fui destrozado saber que ya las hora de mi personal care se terminaron allí esperando conmigo llamaron alas 4:00 d madrugada aver si seguíamos esperando vayan al otra clínica en Connecticut que si saben atender a una mascota con respeto charlatanes

Very appreciative of the care provided to my cat when he went in for a blocked bladder. Doctors and staff were prompt and informative of his diagnosis and treatment options. They were open to listening to any of our concerns, and thoroughly answered any questions that we had regarding his care and treatment plan. Emergencies are not cheap, but they were respectful of cost and not doing unnecessary procedures. They kept you up to date on progress with direct phone calls and text messages. As a veterinary technician myself, I am very particular on my cats care and get very stressed when it is out of my hands, however they were very willing to hear my concerns and talk through treatment options that worked for both of us, which shows that they want what is best for your pet, while also making sure you are comfortable with the treatment plan as well.
I’ve been to several emergencies over the years, I feel that this was one of the best and will absolutely trust them with my animals future emergency needs.
I am very thankful and appreciative of all of the staff in an emergency setting. Emergency medicine is not an easy job. Thank you for being there to help sick pets and worried owners every step of the way. Oliver also says thank you! He is home and doing well after his emergency!

There is quite literally no way to overstate how wonderful this place is. Nobody goes to the emergency vet because they are having a great day, but the kindness, compassion, understanding and care that everyone here showed to us during our visit the other night was beyond exceptional and truly made a tough time easier.

My wife brought our sweet kitty boy, Jerry, here the other night for a suspected stroke. They let her sit with him almost all night while I was trying to get out of work to come be with him and figure out a game plan. They showed her so much grace during those long hours, and I will be forever grateful for that.

When I finally arrived, they talked me through everything going on with him in a detailed but understandable way, and answered all of the questions that I had. The vet we had, I cannot remember her last name but it started with G, was very conscious of Jerry's comfort level and QOL when discussing a game plan moving forward, was very realistic with us about the possibilities moving forward, but was never unkind about any of it. I really appreciated her demeanor and honesty.

I am very happy to report that due to their exceptional help and care, Jerry is already making strides forward in his health and is on a steady road to recovery. I am so grateful for the people here, the care they gave both my wife and cat, and the work that they do day in and day out. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you need emergency vet care- they worked with us within our budget and as I keep repeating, were so immensely kind and compassionate.

Expensive…but worth every cent. My 11 week old puppy was fighting for his life with really bad pneumonia. He went in, and came out a puppy again in less than 48 hours. These vets worked fast and efficiently, they truly saved his life. I appreciate their communication, support, and dedication through such a stressful time.
However, still expensive as heck, I would recommend applying for a care-credit card before visiting cause it was not a cheap visit (You also have to pay it all up front.) Would have been a 5 star rating otherwise 🙂
