Professional, clean, easy to understand and thorough exams. I felt that my pets were cared for carefully and with kindness. I also feel the fees are reasonable and I like that the staff have been there a long time. The location is easy to find and plenty of parking.

Great Veterinarian. They are thorough and not expensive. I appreciate the care and concern for my cats health and comfort. The Vet actually calls back and discusses treatment options. He called back two different days as one of the tests took longer to come back. Some of the tests needed to be sent out. My cat was relaxed while being examined which is unusual. I would definitely have any of my fur babies seen here.

Really nice Vet. He is very friendly, & thorough, he really explains everything to you. I'm very grateful to have found this Vet, he was a breath of fresh air, I'm use to Vets not taking the time with you or your pet & do not have a friendly demeanor like this Vet. I would recommend this Vet to anyone. They also have a large waiting room so you don't have to sit on your neighbors lap, my only complaint here is it's very hard to get an appointment, they are booked months out & that just doesn't work sometimes, like say your pet's sick or something so unfortunately that means sometimes I end up having to go to a different Vet because I can't get in here. Would be nice if they would fit you in if it's for something that can't wait for 2 or 3 months.

The office team was not only professional but also welcoming, instantly making Queen Cocoa and me feel comfortable. I was particularly impressed by Dr. Hahn's genuine care and attention to detail during our appointment. Furthermore, he promptly contacted me to discuss the lab results, demonstrating his commitment to providing thorough and unhurried explanations and care. I highly recommend him.

Super clean facility. Friendly, caring, and the sweetest staff. Dr Hahn is amazing! My dog did not freak out due to overcrowding like other vet clinics, so she was happy to let them examine her.

I took bowser for his first visit here and I could not be more pleased. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and we really are so happy with the vet. He’s so kind and you can tell he really cares for animals and is so knowledgeable and explains everything very well. The building is very clean, plenty of parking and I’m very happy with their prices. This is definitely our new vet from now on. Highly, highly recommended.

Dr Han is very knowledgeable about traditional and holistic methods of treating animals. He listens patiently, explains thoroughly, and offers solutions to most all problems that my dogs have faced. He is well educated and very experienced. My dogs like him and appear to feel comfortable being examined by him. All of his staff are friendly and helpful.

"Dr Han" was Sasha's Vet for the past 6 years. They first met at his previous Moreno Valley clinic location. We followed him to his new venture in Redlands. Sasha was a very special breed of Malamute & Grey Wolf. Dr Han was very gentle with Sasha & guided us as a family thru her diabetes for 4.5 years, her cancer & her loss of eye sight. On August 11, 2017 Dr Han gently showed us the way to dog heaven. His kind, compassionate & very respectful partnership with my family was exceptional. Thank you, Dr Han, for your kindness, your smile, your knowledge, team attitude & for never making me feel silly for calling you about Sasha. You extended her life & gave us more time to love her.
