I am really pleased with our experience here. They were very kind, patient, and well informed of my dog’s condition. I had originally thought her injury was major and we had a long road ahead, but they were able to disprove the original diagnosis and knew exactly what to do. They treated her immediately (thank goodness, because she was in A LOT of pain). They even helped me battle her insurance company for coverage and after a couple months of appeals, we were able to help me get her claim approved. Everyone in vet medicine has an extremely hard job. They are usually short staffed and they see some pretty sad things everyday. However, even with all that, everyone at blue pearl was very supportive and kind. Thanks Y’all.

My sweet old lady was referred here due to an injury that had left her lame. Her primary vet did all she could but said that she needed advanced care. The staff here are so compassionate and so nice. When I made the consultation appointment the receptionist was very informative with what I should expect and text me instructions so that I had it for reference.

The vet tech and veterinary intern at the beginning of the appointment were very thorough in getting all of my girl’s background information before taking Sadie Baby for her exam. It wasn’t very long and Dr Bradbury and his intern came in with Sadie and laid out our options. He was honest with her advanced age what the risk vs the benefits were. While it was hard to hear, he did let me make an informed decision. She needed surgery to be comfortable the rest of her life without daily medications whether that be months or years. I know it may not be typical but we were lucky enough that Dr Bradbury was able to perform her surgery same day!

She had to stay overnight but the vet techs text me with updates and even a picture after surgery. It was very much appreciated by this anxious dog mom.

When I picked her up the next day, the vet tech pulled me into a room to go over step by step instructions for her post op care. She answered all of my questions and concerns and I brought my old lady home. I wish I was able to bring her here as a primary but I’m so glad that she was referred here for this procedure! Yes, It is expensive but it is no different than going to a hospital with no insurance. This office was very accommodating and they accepted CareCredit! I was able to call CareCredit while in the office and get approved in office for the expenses. It was $200 for the consultation but I felt that it was reasonable considering the circumstances. Any medical office will be the same minus insurance.

After the first night home, I was able to call the office with concerns that Sadie Baby was having digestive issues with all the medications. They responded within 2 hours and prescribed something to sooth her stomach and calm her nerves. I appreciated the quick response and Sadie Baby is finally comfortable, calm and nausea-free so we can get through the first phase of recovery!

Highly recommend Blue Pearl. Dr. Bradbury was caring and I know had the best interest of my fur babies wellbeing. I am glad I was able to get an injury fixed so that my girl can get back to walking and playing. The staff was also exceptional and so kind, and I appreciated it in a time of stress for me and my girl.

We had our previous Boxer, Snickers undergo TPLO Surgery at this location prior to the name change to Blue Pearl. It was gratifying to see the same staff and surgeon. They have been friendly, informative and professional at all times. It's comforting to know that our Mylo will be in the same hands as Snickers.

I can only say the best things about these specialists, these special, amazing people.

My Siberian Husky means the absolute world to me. He was recently referred to Blue Pearl for a surgical consult regarding the removal of a cancerous mass... Needless to say I was very worried and anxious to get this done ASAP.

From the moment I entered the reception area, I was surrounded by smiles and caring individuals and some of the smartest and most confident techs and doctors. I knew immediately I was in the best place for my pup.

They were very considerate and careful with my husky; he's quite nervous around the hospital settings. And while the techs took him for his initial screening, I was able to wait in a room as I calmed myself for whatever treatment plan the doctor was to prescribe moving forward.

Shortly thereafter, Dr Bradbury came in to explain what he recommended be done surgically, and what was most likely to be the follow-up care.

He was a truly confident, straightforward, and professional surgeon in his explanation, and to my most grateful ears, spoke about how his specialist experience & skill would yield a far better surgical outcome than all previous veterinarians I had spoken with... I had spoken to three before finally being referred here.

And I am happy to say Dr Bradbury was right about everything. As I type this, I am sitting with my best friend ? who is recovering quite nicely. I can tell he is happy and grateful to be here having undergone an ultimately life-saving/extending surgery. He's so much more happy now, that I have to remind him to not get too excited as the sutures still need to come out ☺️...

We still have the follow-up appointment & a consult with the oncologist to make a plan to keep the cancer from growing back, but I'm very confident these appointments will go just as well. For the first time in a long time I am not so anxious and worried about returning to the vet.

I truly wish I had the words to better explain how grateful and happy we are, thanks to everyone that has been a part of my good boy's care at Blue Pearl.

Thank you all so very much. ?

I brought my dog in to get a quote to have his throat looked at. I had to pay $200 just to get a quote. Then the quote they wanted to give me was over 3 thousand. They wanted to do ct scans of his whole body and a number of other things. I just wanted his throat scoped and checked out. He had no digestive issues at all and used the restroom fine. He had issues swallowing his food. Maybe too fast but I wanted to be sure his throat was good. When I told them that I could get another surgeon to check his throat for a lot less they said the surgeon at the other clinic was not board certified. I checked and he is board certified. Beware of this hospital. I think they care more about money than they do about your animals.

Nothing but praise for this facility. They got us a quick appointment and scheduled my dog's surgery promptly. Our dog's surgeon contacted us personally by phone after the surgery and again later that day to advise us of his status. Would highly recommend them.
