Vida Vet provided exceptional care for my dog. The staff was incredibly kind and thorough in explaining her diagnosis and care instructions. They even called the next day to check on her, which really impressed me. The prices were very reasonable, and I appreciated that they didn’t push for expensive tests. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my experience!

Had to make an emergency visit on a Saturday with my cat and setting up the appointment online was an easy process. When I arrived for my appointment time, the staff was so welcoming as we walked in. From that point until discharge, everyone was so professional, knowledgeable, informative, and kind. Even though they were somewhat busy, they were never to busy to make sure we were properly taken care of every step of the way. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing veterinary urget care.

I have visited Vida on 2 separate occasions. The staff have always been amazing. My regular vet has been booked out for over a month at a time. So, Vida has always been there for me and pets for all their health care needs. The staff have always been great with my dogs that are sometimes guarded with new people and places. I highly recommend Vida.

Vida Veterinary Urgent Care was absolutely incredible in taking care of our kitten, Ivan, who was diagnosed with FIP. Despite his very serious condition, they worked with us as we explored every possible option for his treatment. Living in Sussex County, where veterinary care is often limited, we made multiple two-hour trips to Middletown for his care.

The staff showed exceptional compassion and care throughout his treatment, and as his condition worsened, they supported us through the incredibly difficult decision to have him humanely euthanized. Their kindness and empathy were unwavering, and we genuinely felt that they cared about Ivan as much as we did, even though we only had him for a short time.

Thank you, Vida, for everything you did for Ivan and for us during such a heartbreaking time. You truly went above and beyond.

The team here is amazing! They are attentive, active listeners, and caring. My pup had a horrible experience recently at Delmarva ER vet and Vida reassured us with a plan and wound care. I can’t thank Dr. Buysse enough. She was friendly, approachable, and is always so good with our huskies. Hopefully we don’t need any more laceration repairs.

Our sweet Ivan passed on 11/6/2024. We brought him back to Vida who provided us great comfort while he made his journey over the rainbow bridge. My husband and I again cannot thank the staff for everything they did for us. FIP is a horrible disease but they were with us every step of the way for his treatment and there is no other place we would have gone. We wish you were located closer to us but we’re thankful to of found you.

Vida Vet is well worth the almost 2 hours my husband and I trekked to take care of our 5 month old kitten who was diagnosed with FIP (Feline infectious peritonitis). Walking in the door we were greeted by staff who warm, kind, and welcoming. While we waited we were offered beverages. We didn’t wait long before we got back into a room and they whisked our little Ivan away. Dr. Bussye was truly amazing. She listened to my concerns and we were able to come up with a treatment plan moving forward. Up until recently FIP was a terminal diagnosis for cats. There have been some advances in treatments and thanks to the team at Vida Vet our Ivan is on the road to recovery. It’s been almost a week of treatments now and his distended belly is smaller. He’s food drive is coming back. And his eyes have brightness to them again. We are hopeful but as this treatment is 84 days or 12 weeks we still have a long journey ahead of us. Big thanks again to everyone on Ivan’s care team and helping us get on this path to recovery for him.

They were able to see me in like half an hour and it was only $125 bucks and that's definitely affordable for an emergency vet. Dr Dean was very knowledgeable and she looked at me when she was talking she has a good bedside manner. She listened to what I had to say and this makes it apparent to me that I was a part of deciding on what care she needed. This is definitely going to be my go to vet
