be picky about what you do and don’t want, they’re good at their job but everything that’s offered isn’t needed keep that in mind, they are very pricy, valdosta did what they were trying to expand for 2 weeks in 1 day. They did x-rays, ultrasound, sedation, a reversal for the sedation so we could go home early and medicine for cheaper than just x-rays at vidalia. Every time I went it was killing me, then valdosta told me my dog was fine nothing was wrong, vidalia basically told me she could die at any moment. She was also attacked by another dog here while under their care, scratched her nose up and chipped a lower K9 tooth, shes fine, could’ve been worst, but it did happen. If you feel something’s not right switch vets til u find the right one!

I have never experienced the level of care for my pets that I have here. Dr. Sheppard is thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and is truly the voice for your pet. All four of my animals are regularly treated for any issues and/or routine vaccines and exams and I've had nothing but a great experience. Thank you VVC!!

They love their jobs, will love your pets, and give them the best possible care. I recently had to bring my GSD in for a surgery to remove an obstruction that he'd swallowed. The vet was in the clinic on Saturday and Sunday, twice a day, checking on his recovery. Much respect for the dedication, coming in when the shop is closed, to check on my boy.

I drive 90 minutes to take my fur babies to see Dr Sheppard. She is the best! She takes good care of my babies. I just wish she was closer to me.

Took special care of our furbaby when he got adventurous and decided to go wonder about. He got hit and got some road rash. Doc fixed us up and assured us he would be okay.

They have done all of my cats surgeries spay/neuter and they genuinely care. I only have one male cat and he is a big boy. He had never been out of the house since he was born and he was scared. Well I tripped as I was entering (careful of the stoop) and the crate door opened and he ran to the office door and he was flex arm hanging from the curtain rod! I was skinned up, embarrassed and he was traumatized. The staff was just as concerned about me as their fur patients!

This place is great for all appointments and excellent for last-minute appointments The staff here are compassionate and knowledgeable. They listen to your concerns, are thorough, (providing you with detailed information), professional and kind. The only downside to this physical location is the parking, which is not good for larger vehicles and fills up fast. If you can't get a spot, you have to drive around the block and come back. Don't let that discourage you, though. I highly recommend this place. They take excellent care of your pets.
