Dr. Pierce has been our vet since roughly 2005. We have seen other vets at this clinic as well, and all have been great. She gave our dog just the amount of care we expect. The clinic also saw our dog on a Saturday a few weeks ago. That trip was also a pleasant experience.

Absolutely fantastic staff! I’ve had routine care and dental surgeries through them for years for my cat and two large dogs. Very reasonable prices in my opinion and super knowledgeable and compassionate!

Unfortunately leaving this review today for multiple reasons. I just started to bring my dog here a few months ago because I recently just moved to the CO and my dog unexpectedly got pregnant and we needed to establish a vet for her and her puppies. The first visit was great. Very clean and roomy space which I loved. *Also to mention, I was traveling an hour to see this vet due to not being able to find anywhere in my area who would do the dew claw removal on the puppies, and I stuck with them after our first visit due to it being a nice facility. We come for our second appointment which is for the puppies 8 week shots and I also needed my 2 year old dog to get the things she was also due for, one being the annual a heart worm test. We leave the appointment (with 5 puppies and the mom dog) and realize 30 minutes down the road that we didn’t get the heart worm test done. No big deal, I called and asked for it to be added when I bring the puppy (that we decided to keep) for her 12 week shots and I was assured they would get that done then. They apologized and said they’d get it taken care of. That appointment was this week. I bring my puppy and mom dog with me and go through the entire appointment and then they tried to send us out. I then bring up that again, they forgot the heart worm test. It’s fine, I guess and they run the test and we waited for the results. I’m not sure if their staff just isn’t updating their charts or what but it almost being missed a second time is really frustrating. I then went to go check out - and also need to note that at the 8 week appointment, we were given a $25 off coupon for each puppy for their first exams. They’re trying to establish more pets, I get that, great! I sent the other 4 puppies with their coupon voucher to their new owners. But when I went to check out, I tried to use my puppies “designated coupon” and they would not let me and told me that the coupon wasn’t valid for the “breeder”. That was very frustrating due to the fact that I have spent over $600 at this facility in the last 2 months and traveled 6 hours back and forth just to see them for these appointments. We will not be back.

We brought out ferret Franklin in for a tooth extraction and the team was absolutely amazing Dr. Stewert bates was absolutely amazing and we love how well he treats our ferrets! The nurse that came in before him was amazing too his name was Neil! He was absolutely amazing as well! I recommend this vet whole heartedly! We’ve never had an issue! Their pricing is amazing as well! Definitely recommend!

Update on Franklin we did end up having to put him down due to a tumor in his mouth but they were nothing but sweet and helpful for us during this difficult times

After previously leaving a 5-star review and referring multiple people here, I have to change my review. I’m very disappointed. We were long-time clients, taking multiple pets to this clinic for almost 5 years.

I called with an urgent illness in my guinea pig. They could not see her for almost TWO WEEKS. Anyone who treats guinea pigs knows time is of the essence when it comes to illness in these little pets. The new exotic vet I called saw our guinea pig same day, as they said it was urgent she be seen ASAP. The guinea pig was suffering with a massive growth in her abdomen and had to be put to sleep for this, yet Village Center Vet said it wasn't an emergency.

Before I could establish new care for our other pet, a dog, he got an ear infection. I called Village Center Vet thinking that maybe this time they would be able to care for their patient in a timely manner. WRONG. They could not see my dog for THREE WEEKS. I'm not sure what is going on at this vet, but that is not an acceptable timeline for care. For reference, I called the new vet I was hoping to transfer my dog to, and they could see him in three days.

I unfortunately can no longer recommend this clinic. They certainly shouldn't be taking any new patients. They don’t even have the staff to properly care for the clients they already have.

We are very fortunate to be customers of this clinic. Given the shortage of vets and techs many clinics can’t take on new patients and have schedules beyond what the average person could handle. I appreciate all they do to meet our needs and also understand when it isn’t humanly possible for them to “squeeze” us in same day. There aren’t enough good things to be said about this clinic and their staff! And the dogs give them 5 paws!!!!

We have brought our animals here for a few years and never had a negative experience; the staff has always been good. This past monday, we had to put down our big guy. He was diagnosed Friday prior with lung cancer and it was a rough decision. The staff here were compassionate and made a horrible day just a bit brighter with their kindness. Dr. Brace, thank you for helping us through it and bringing Orion a plate of goodies. You're a great person.

Had a minor emergency with my senior pup on a Saturday, this was the only clinic who could get him in, everyone else said no openings. We saw Dr. Pierce and thankfully it wasn't too bad of a diagnosis, got some meds right then and we were good too go. The cost was actually much lower than I was expecting it to be for a last min weekend emergency too.
