Worst vet I’ve ever gone to. Way too rough handling my dog. They make you pick up a paper prescription to mail to a pharmacy and won’t do anything digitally. I called several times to arrange picking up the prescription and the vet will not actually fill it out in advance. This time when i tried he’s apparently out of town now so my dog has to wait even longer for his heart medication, it’s been about a month I’ve been waiting now. DO NOT USE THIS VET

Keep deleting my comment. My dog died on Saturday from congestive heart failure. We spent extensive money for you to lie an mis diagnose my dog saying there was no evidence and witheld medicine and treat meant that could have saved his life. Please don’t go to this vet, it will save your animals life. He suffered because his your negligence, my life will never be the same without my dog.

They are so nice and they explain everything in detail to you. I was able to get an appt in as soon as possible on Christmas eve. My poor dog had a very bad ear infection due to chronic allergies as explained by the vet. The front receptionist and the vet are so nice. Would highly recommend this place.

UPDATE:
There have been multiple times I have attempted to reach out to them because of either having a question and my pets medication or getting a refill. I am always advised that I will be getting a call back but never do. I will attempt to call them back but will most likely be taking my business else were.

When I scheduled my pet's appointment, I asked very specific questions about the process involved to get sutures removed. The receptionist/tech sounded very confident that they could do this in their office. Once there, the vet brings my pet back to me and says there aren't any sutures. I had to show him exactly where they were. He takes my dog back, I hear my dog yelping in pain, and the doctor comes back to say he couldn't do it. He tells me my dog will need to be sedated for this. BUT I ASKED THAT BEFORE SCHEDULING HIS APPOINTMENT! This woman told me he wouldn't need sedation for suture removal. Now I have to take my dog to a different location, very far away from home. I still get charged a fee for this visit, even though the services scheduled for were not rendered. The receptionist said it was because he was "visually" examined, and had his weight and temperature taken. Are you serious?! I don't recommend this place one bit, even if you think you've asked about everything your pet might need. Once your pet goes in, be prepared for a different plan of action and unnecessary costs. Incompetence at the highest level - on both parts... the receptionist and the doctor himself.

Doctor and staff were very nice, got a quick appointment for my kitty. Excellent Covid safety protocol, cleaned waiting area between patients but I was still able to enter the building with my pet and be on the premises while the vet did the exam. Thoroughly explained treatment, did not try to upsell testing or unnecessary procedures. Will go back!

You have blood on your hands and I am now seeking an attorney.

Update* taco is now dead from congestive heart failure, which the dr said there was no evidence of that. Please don’t bother with this vet, your life companion will be dead.

They knowingly withhold him from previously prescribed medicine because they wanna sell you something else. Took almost 2 weeks of going back and forth only to run out of medicine.
The dr himself will never communicate with you.

It’s about quality of life, for the short amount he has left

Then you only give me a 2 week supply of pain meds which is the whole reason we came,

The doctor did a great job with surgery on my kitten. The assistant/receptionist however is not so great. After the initial visit of $160, we scheduled surgery a few days later with a quote from her for "around $250". I get a call when they're done that it'll be over $700. I was speechless! Beware when getting a quote from someone who is not a doctor. She had no idea what was needed.
