Simply the best of the best and so compassionate about your pets well being. The price has been a third less of what we use to pay for at VCA. My dog was having prostate issues and wasn't urinating, and when I mentioned I had travel later in the week, Dr. Flanders simply suggested they take care of him while I was away. Knowing he would be properly taken care of was a huge relief. The ENTIRE STAFF IS WONDERFULL AS WELL. Thanks to Dr. Motto as well - she's great as well.

The name says it all… if you want your pooch, kitten, livestock fur babies to get top notch treatment this is THE CLINIC you want to take them to…
The staff is amazing. Doc Flanders team of doctors techs & assistants are the ultimate in critter care givers. They believe in animal wellness… Getting your pet taken care of to the very best with the least amount of stress . Doc is truly an animal whisper. I’d rate these guys 10stars if it were possible

Cat parent here, I just don't believe this vet has a true interest in small animals. Our experience bringing in a cat, Dr. Flanders, just didn't seem interested and our interactions were more with staff vs the vet. There seemed to always be an emergency farm animal in during appointments and he rushed in and out. I am not saying another animal in an emergency situation should not get attention but we never felt like a priority even for our short appointment. We found another practice who gave us better quality care and actually diagnosed us properly instead of just saying "oh it's a food allergy" & sent us on our way.

VIP animal Care is the bomb. They helped me out with my dog Barney a few years ago had to have a surgery to remove a tumor that another vet was apprehensive to remove and really turned out to be a benign growth that had it been removed then we could have had much better results as far as quality of life for my dog. So I will be forever grateful and I bring my husky Niko there.

I have a puppy and looking for a vet. I love Molly (vet)and willing to pay whatever for good customer service. The team out front could be more inviting/friendly and I would continue visits. I saw another man come in with a sick dog and no one helped him or gave him direction. A simple hello, Introduction , so and so will be helping you- something. I felt bad and spoke to him. So awkward, silence

I brought my new to me dog for an examination and stool lab to ensure that everything was alright with him since I had just gotten him. This appointment was back in June. The tech told me that the doctor would likely review the medical records that I had provided before coming in but once in the room with us, he tells me that he didnt look at anything. During the very brief visit, my dog didn't show any interest in Dr. Flanders touching him even with treats. He was totally fine with the two techs that pet him. Dr. Flanders was fine with that and just spoke to us about why we were there. However he seemed to be more focused on my daughter joining 4H and was called away for something else. I was told that his stool would be tested and they would get back to me. Paid the hefty $$$ bill which I was fine with if they were going to do labs on the stool sample that I provided since no exam was preferred and left. Later I received an invite to their app which showed that my dog's birthday was incorrect even though they were provided records with the correct date listed. To date my account shows no lab results. I received no follow up call. I can't say that I recommend this place and will be taking my dog elsewhere in the future.
