finding the right vet for your babies is not easy, but once i came here for the first time i knew this was the only place i would go for future needs. you can tell they truly are trying to help and not charge a crazy amount for your appointment/ meds needed. dr. dorough has been so kind and helpful each time i have brought my dog here and relieved all of my stress. they are affordable, kind, helpful, and quick! i highly recommend this office for your babies. We had been watching for months as the site location for Warner Robins Veterinary Clinic was cleaned up and remodeled. Was so happy to see when they finally opened.

I called needing to get our 14 year old Beagles nails trimmed. Even though the office was very busy, they were able to get me an appointment the next day. The staff was very kind and friendly. We were seen by Dr. Summers. He was very pleasant and accommodating. I realized our dog also needed her rabies vaccine when I had only scheduled a nail trim. He didn't hesitate to take the extra time to administer the vaccine while we were there.

Great people here!! Praying their business thrives. We will definitely be returning.

On May 1, 2024, my son and I Sharon Robinson visited Warner Robins Veterinary Clinic on 1326 Feagin Mill Road. We approached the counter looking for a permanent vet and future boarding services. The receptionist didn't welcome or even greet me. The response was "what do you need". One I'm looking for a vet and two future boarding services. She response was we don't board until you have been with us for two years. At no time was I provided any information on becoming a client. Shocked by the response we exited. May 2, 2024, I returned, thinking maybe she was just having a bad day. To my surprise I was treated like a black hair on a white coat. Again what do you need, I have questions about the services you provide. The response we don't broad unless you have been with us for two years. She never provide any information about the other services. So I ask to see their policy's or tell me where to find them. She response they are not written. Then I asked to speak with a manager. Her immediate response was he doesn't have time to talk to you! Shortly after this comment a Caucasian lady walked in and the staff jump up welcomed and greeting her. Once this person was helped the same receptionist finally went to the back to speak with manager. She returned shortly after asking for me leave my name and phone number. I received a call from the manager 4 hours later. I explained everything that happen on both days. The manager finally provided new client information. I asked why I wasn't given this information by the office staff. No response. I asked was this a white only establishment. Complete silence at no time did he say no everyone is welcome. I when said I live less than a block away and was looking for a closer vet; maybe I could go back to Critter Fixer since everyone is welcome. He replied "maybe you should". I would be afraid to come back with type of treatment. If your any other race other than Caucasian Beware. You're not Welcome!

Beware! Staff increasingly rude, taking change in ownership out on the customers. They appear miserable and treat you and your fur baby miserably as well. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT on the website, BEWARE. Walk-ins are NOT welcome. They are newly verbalized “sick visits”IF you Walk-in, with $65.00 exam fee, NO physical exam, only a quick feces swab. NO vaccinations can be given either in the 9-10 am, newly verbalized “sick visits.” Charged for 60 tablets for my bay’s pain, but gave us 20. Thank goodness the bottle label reflected their error! Run! As we were there, they could have verbalized the new policies, and given my dog his vaccinations., seeing as we we’re barely allowed to attend and pay the $65.00 exam fee. Going forward, we would have understood. Shame on them for poorly treating their long time clients and our loved ones this way.
