I decided to change our vet to a hospital closer to our house and tried out Wauconda Animal Hospital. So glad we chose this clinic! The staff were so kind, thoughtful and understanding. Vet expenses can be pricey, especially when you have a dog with a chronic illness. I greatly appreciated their thoughtful approach to ensuring the cost of our visit wasn't too much. They provided a plan for additional visits to break up the costs and truly were so wonderful. Dr. Gellatly was so kind and gave me tons of information to support the health of my dog. Really appreciated their time and attention!

Not too long of a wait. Doctor and assistant very thorough and kind. Good plan for healthcare moving forward, with a clear pricing schedule so I could figure out how to afford to get her what she needed done, and with options, as well as clear info regarding a plan B.

8/6/24 As always, the BEST. For over 20 years these Animal Angels have taken great care with our pups- Dr Nemmers and Dr Mulder are without comparison. As is the entire Staff. Greatest of Thanks to them all. We put our hearts in their hands. Gladly.

11/9/24 Again our Thanks to Dr Nemmers for taking care of our youngest pup. Her expertise seems endless with all our 3 Beasties get into. Very grateful for the entire crew at Wauconda Animal Hospital. Just extraordinary and HIGHLY recommended.

From the moment I walk in the door with my pup Lady to the time we leave, everyone takes great care. We always greeted at the front desk with smiles and helpful assistance. The vet techs are so loving to Lady and she is instantly put at ease when getting shots or her nails trimmed. The vet really listens to my concerns and takes the time to answer all my questions without making me feel like we are being rushed.

I wish I could give them 10 Stars! After a very bad experience with our new puppy her first visit at another vet clinic, we decided to give this place a try. I can't begin to say how happy I am that we did. Every single staff member was kind and friendly. Huge shout out to our vet tech Caite. She was amazing!! Bubbly personality, extremely knowledgeable and very patient with all of my questions. Dr. Numbers was equally impressive. Kind, patient, knowledgeable and took her time with the exam and answering questions. We will continue to bring our Little Newt here for her care! Can't thank all of you enough for such a pleasant first visit 😊
