7/12/2025 I took my pup Maggie to be checked for an abscess under her eye.It was a much bigger problem than I thought .And I was treated with the most caring staff from the moment I walk into the hospital. The doctor assistant and doctor were wonderful.

Our chihuahua was near death. She had to spend 3 nights in ICU with oxygen tent to be strong enough to have emergency surgery. They saved her life. Came back strong. Worth every penny. Thank you !!

We love that place!! Took our big girl Kaya to see Dr. Betoh and he was very good about answering all our questions. May a mention that he's well recommended by the family for over a decade! Love the quiet room as well. (We has a previous vet and we will always come back to this spot/vet. Staff is wonderful too.

I inquired about getting help for Bugatti when he was very sick. I don't remember the ladies name but she was very helpful and informative. She told me to feed him rice and boiled hamburger and he actually ate it. No one has told me that yet. He's doing so much better so bless you whoever returned my phone call.

2 star review of Webster groves animal hosp. As ER visits are no less than 3 hours in my expirence, and appointments are approximate time as my dog went in for a re-check of ears for an infection and was 20 mins late, and there for almost 2 hours. I am on the hunt for a new vet-- aslo the prices are very high. For medication 2xs; 2 ear swabs, 2 UA, and 2 appointments was over $400. 😞

My puppy is at Webster Groves Animal Hospital now. They call me twice a day with updates on her condition. I can't say enough about the care and customer service they provide. They're great. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who has a pet in distress.

1st visit. New to the area so finding someone who cares about the critters can be difficult. Luckily, seemed to be a good facility. Definitely grateful for the extended hours.
