I am extremely disappointed with the care my dog received at Wesley Chapel Veterinary Clinic. My dog was experiencing bleeding, and the veterinarian didn't even bother to perform a physical examination. They only did a urine test, which they admitted might be inaccurate, and prescribed antibiotics for a UTI. After a week with no improvement, I sought a second opinion at Quail Hollow Veterinary Clinic. There, the veterinarian conducted a thorough exam, immediately identified a hard bladder as a potential concern, and confirmed bladder stones with X-rays. They quickly performed surgery to correct the issue. Because of Wesley Chapel Veterinary Clinic's misdiagnosis and lack of proper examination, my dog suffered needlessly for an extra week Their negligence is unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

Dr Lucado and team are wonderful. This is an affordable vet with a lot of experience. They genuinely care for each of the animals and my dogs love/don’t fight me to go to the vet now hahaha They enjoy seeing the staff and getting extra love. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who wants a great vet!!

I always get great care from this veterinarian clinic they have known our family of cats for over 5 years. A great veterinarian always knows what he's talking about and gives the appropriate medicine and does not overcharge like many other places. The front receptionist is always gentle kind and funny my cats actually like her when I bring them there they ignore me and hide under her arm. Great place

Excellent office with caring small staff. Our little Nacho was struggling with renal failure and the Dr. gave us numerous options to help ease Nacho's issues. I definitely recommend this office caring attitude and advice on our petcare needs especially if we ever get another companion.

They have been our vets for last five years with four dogs. We just had our newest go the spaying process and they were great. We have always had good service and they have always done good things for our dogs. They respond great when we have an issue. Thanks for being a great vet!!!!

Called about getting my pet a new appt. Lady was incredibly rude. Told me they weren't taking new patients and didn't offer to assist in anyway. Definitely not a place I want to take my pet!!!

The receptionist who made my appointment gave me false information, called it an error which in the end could have resulted in a MEDICAL error. She gave me incorrect info about my dogs history there, didn’t cover all of the services I requested to be done because they “simply forgot”. And $170 later my husband left with pills we had no direction for. I’m very concerned with who holds accountability. Prices are good, but they gave my dog things we hadn’t discussed which is concerning. Is there an owner I can reach out to?
