Thank you to the staff as West Central in Greencastle. Thank you for the kindness and compassion that you showed my husband and I today. We rescued Wiley from Tennessee and thought we’d be going home with a puppy and instead left heartbroken. You showed us kindness and love and respect. Showed up with my dog in an emergency and they had to get approval since he's not a patient there. He was dying and needed help. Don't call yourself a vet if you're refusing help to animals. They did agree to look at him, and then referred us elsewhere, closed their office, and didn't even send over the very expensive x-rays we paid for to the specialist. Couldn't get ahold of them.

We just started using WCVS after my daughter had an emergency call for her horse and they were the only ones that would come out. Dr. O has been great and has really helped! If I call or have a question they get back with me quickly, and if you have a concern you can just text them a picture and they respond in a timely manner that way as well. We will definitely be using them from here on out for all of our animals!

They went above and beyond for My fur baby, my fiancee' and I through an extremely difficult time. They were caring and kind the whole entire time. Even after she passed and they gave us a minute with her they still were gentle with her taking her back.
I was surprised with a clay paw print impression of my Moni's little toe beans.
They are just truly amazing ❤❤❤👍

We had never been to this vet before but we needed to put our old dog to rest. They were fantastic. Kind, considerate, welcoming and treated our pup with dignity and gave us plenty of unrushed time with her. Then a week later we were surprised to receive her footprints. 🩷 I highly recommend them

I honestly hate leaving bad reviews and I never do honestly but I have to. I came today with my toddler and my shih tzu to get her wellness check. I pulled in and called the number and let them know what slot we were in at 2:41 pm and appt was at 3 They said “okay we got you all checked in! One of the girls will be out shortly!” That’s the 50s call log screenshot below. And I waited 45 mins before going in and then told them I’m here again. They said okay we checked you in. Maybe it’s my fault for not clarifying that I had been out there waiting for almost an hour. People came in and out and were seen and checked out happily. Meanwhile I’m sitting there with my fussy toddler and dog while they kind of just gave me dirty looks. I was the last patient to go back and everything was fine but my MIL (whose account I’m on) got a rude call saying I was late when I was supposedly checked in and sitting in the parking lot. My sick toddler and I and my dog all suffered a long wait because they made a mistake and treated me like I was the one who made a mistake. Switching vets asap

I take all of my animals here! Excellent, knowledgeable staff. Rooms cleaned after every animal is seen. They were great with my large guardian hogs and my kitten!
