My sweet little Doxie died at about 2 am. We took in when they opened the following morning. They were so kind and compassionate. We had her cremated, and we have her ashes. They put her in a sealed wooden box. They took her paw print and gave me a memento to remember her by. They also provided a card that said the day they cremated her, and it was done with the utmost respect and dignity.
The whole team is awesome and compassionate.❤️

These people are super sweet. We had called around searching for a day-of appointment to put our old boy down after 17 years of friendship. They were not only compassionate but professional and were able to fit us in irregardless of "current client status", unlike 7 other vet clinics in the area. This decision is difficult enough and they made it easy, professional and did so efficiently. We are sincerely grateful for what you do and for being willing to take part in these difficult choices. So it says appointment recommended but they actually don't take walk ins..... so you don't get to go there unless you have an appointment. They do not take emergency calls/animals unless you're a client and they're not taking new clients either. That seems to be every vet in this area. And every place you call says helping hands at 2:00 p.m.
It's pretty sad that the only place in town that will take care of emergency animals is a non-profit organization. These businesses are making money off these people charging them an arm and a leg. As helping hands is getting overloaded with emergency visits and animals and not getting making a dime for it just good people that realize how terrible all the vets are in this area and how unwilling they are to help people. The woman I spoke to today said yes sorry unless you're a client can't help you bye wow talk about unprofessional!

The staff her are always personable. I've used them for services ranging from regular check ups, to major surgery, to end of life care. They always make it their priority to make things go the best way possible. They have saved their fair share of animals but will also be honest about what needs to be done.

I had to make a very hard decision to help our beautiful "Orangey" kitty pass peacefully. Everybody in there was amazing, compassionate and professional. Will forever use West End for all our vet needs.

When our Ranger boy unexpectedly went into liver failure, these guys were amazing and did everything they could do for him. I was showed his results and had everything explained to me. They let me sit in the back room for as long as I wanted the night he stayed there with an IV. When they heard it was time a few days later, they let us bring him in as soon as they opened and treated him with such compassion and love. This is the only place we will take our fur family!!

I luv all gods creatures large and small. This is the best clinic I have visited. The staff is very knowledgeable and the vets give a 100%. They took excellent care of my granddoggy Groot. Thank u so much.
