Compassionate and knowledgeable staff, fair prices on services, and reasonable boarding rates for our furry family members when we go out of town! We love Dr. Sayre, Dr. Barber, and Dr. Booth! This clinic accepts care credit for the unexpected vet bills and genuinely care about our furbabies and their overall wellbeing. We are a military family, and while there are a quite a few vets in the area and even one on post that is certainly closer to where we live, we wouldn't trust our four legged children to anyone else. Highly recommend!

I’m a new cat dad and the team here is amazing. Decently priced (at least for me). So kind with my little fur baby & super helpful. Willing to answer any and all questions I have (& I have a lot), without making me feel uncomfortable for asking them. So far my cat has gotten treatment for sniffles (didn’t know that was an actual thing), feline cough and has her spay scheduled. Super confident, pleased & satisfied with the team here.

The staff is great, the prices are very affordable, and you can tell the techs and the vets truly do love animals and their well-being. My only reason for not giving the full 5 stars is that when we first arrived in the waiting room there were chewed treats left on the floor, I assume someone else pet didn’t finish it- and there was no trash can in the waiting room for me to throw it away. When we got back to our treatment room there was also a half eaten treat on the table and some red unknown liquid drops on the table as well as a good amount of hair from the previous visitors pet and a dried pee stain on the floor. I would say a walk through to make sure things like that are picked up and a wipe down of the tables between guests would be beneficial to all. My puppy licks everything in sight and who knows if that was blood from a previous patient or what, regardless, I don’t want him to be consuming that or half eaten treats from others dogs especially since it was his first visit to get his first set of shots. (The tech in the room did apologize and got rid of the half eaten treat when he saw me set it aside). So not such a huge issue but cleanliness goes a long way for first impressions. I would still definitely recommend this vet to all. They were very informative about everything they were doing for my new puppy and made sure any and all questions were answered. Five stars for the staff.

Dr. Sayre has been seeing my pets, including my late dog for nearly three years. She always shows a great deal of compassion for her patients and their owners. I always enjoy seeing her even during the most difficult visits.

My Dutch Shepherd started limping so the next morning I called our Veterinary clinic, West Gate and Asked if they could fit her in. The young lady (very sweet) on the phone told me that it would be an extra hundred dollars to have him seen that day, otherwise it would be Thursday before he could be seen (this was on a Tuesday ) I told her that we have been seeing them for years, but that I love my dog and don't want her to suffer any longer than she has to. Long story short, they took x-rays, ran blood work, and in the end told me she probably tore her ACL. The visit cost me $633. and another $43.45 for SEVEN pills today for inflammation. I am now on here looking around for a good and moderately priced vet.

We are on an extended stay visiting our son and our dogs needed to have their vaccines updated. We were able to schedule quickly for a few days after a holiday weekend. The ONLY reason they do not have full stars is because we seemed to have to wait longer than everyone else Iwhobhad appt times after hours. If this was because of us being 'fit in' to the schedule we weren't aware of that. Other than that, the staff and Dr Barber were awesome and pleasant!

They let my veteran service dog die, I didn't have 1500$, so they sent me home, and now I have no battle buddy.

I guess you guys deleted the comment about what was said in the office.. Like "OMG, he's leaking. Get him out of here. Go place him in your car while you pay the bill." ... Sorry that attitude doesn't change the fact that the you, the vet, sent an 8 month old puppy home to die a slow, painful death. Bravo, if you don't have the cash, they will let your VA service animal die.

Getting an appointment was quick and easy and every person we interacted with, from the front desk to the techs to the doctor, was extremely nice and treated my dogs like they were THE dogs. I honestly hope I don’t have to go back soon, but I do look forward to the care my dogs will get.
