This is the best group of Veterinary staff, who care and help. I have always taken my cats to Dr. White and staff. I give them all the highest marks of appreciation for the health and care of Missy.

Highly recommend. I have a reactive dog. The staff here are very accommodating and understanding to her. So much so that I now drive from close to Elk Grove to Roseville for all 5 of my animals. They are always so patient and informative. We just had our first boarding for both my dogs, reactive one included. And they came back in the same condition I left them. The whole staff are so friendly and welcoming. I'm constantly recommending them to all of my friends and family. Thank you guys for all that you do!

Dr. White and her staff are fantastic! My mom and I take all of our dogs here. Her and her staff are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The place is very clean and organized. I know my girls are always in good hands when we come for our visits. They even wrote Izzy a cute welcome message ?

I am extremely shocked at how I was treated after calling West Roseville Vet to inquire about a spade/neuter price. I spoke with Renee on the phone and explained that we found a cat but would like to have her spade and all her vaccinations updated in order to adopt her. She immediately said, “so then what is your question?” Once I explained the situation again, she informed me that they don’t give price quotes over the phone and told me to call around and get other price quotes. She condescendingly explained that we live in a world where we have to make several phone calls in order to compare prices. I told her that that doesn’t make sense if their business doesn’t offer price quotes over the phone for a spade service and she’s telling me to call around. I haven’t been in the situation where we want to adopt a feral cat. We usually rescue from Placer SPCA and they recommended I go through a vet. Since we already take our other cat here, I figured this would be the appropriate place to take our new cat and receive help on something as simple as answering questions about spade and vaccinations service. I could tell Renee put me on speaker to the office and then began to say that typically people bring in their pets for an exam and then we would be offered a quote. I told her that is the important information I was seeking and it should have been offered right away. Instead I was treated like an imbecile from the beginning of my call. What concerns me the most is that I had concerns any typical person in my situation would have and blatantly felt like Renee was using poor judgment by being abrasive, condescending and unhelpful when her sole job is to answer the phone to answer questions, schedule appts, etc. Shocked that her customer service this afternoon results in me taking my own pet out of this vet for future services. If she is the first impression when it comes to this business I would reconsider having her answer the phones!

We love West Roseville Veterinary! They’ve taken good care of our fur babes over the years, and have been there each time we’ve had to say goodbye. They provide super customer service, are always responsive (they are busy so be patient), and they truly care!

This is by far the best place to take your pet. Dr. White saved my dog Jimmy's life, while 2 other places couldn't figure out any clue as to what could even possibly be wrong with him. The staff is just amazing. Jimmy loves them all. They don't beat around the Bush, up charge you for extra things you dont really need. They are honest, kind, and fair. They support you during trying times, and they work with your schedule and understand the different types of situations going on with you and your pet. I will repeatedly reccommend them as my first choice in pet care. Jimmy says they are alright too...
