This is an edit to my original review. I have since seen Karen Bean several times and am very pleased. I think it’s important to have a connection with your provider and I do think that I have that with Karen. I am, once again, very content with West Valley Wilder!

I was so happy with David Sjostrand, NP and really felt like he cared. I recently saw Kristine Kingery, PA-C and didn’t have a connection with her. That isn’t to say she isn’t a good provider; just that I don’t think she is the one for me. I will give Karen Bean, PA-C a chance before I move on completely, but I want to feel like I am being listened to and my concerns are just as important to my provider as they are to me. I just didn’t get that with Kristine.

The Clinic in Wilder is a perfect place to have your annual wellness exam...easy to get scheduled, a competent, professional staff, and only
5 minutes from home. Karen Bean takes as much time as you need to
discuss your concerns. Test results were immediate and reviewed the next day by the RN. Would highly recommend this team.

Brought my three kids for sports physicals for their school five blocks away. Empty parking lot empty Lobby and wouldn't take walk-ins saying they were booked for weeks? I brought them three easy ones and payment for service and they calmly behaved too busy to serve in the first hour of it opening. If they're not interested I sure the hell ain't! Why are they wasting a customer's time?

When I first moved back to Idaho in 2012 I was living in Greenleaf and needed to get established with a primary physician. The Wilder clinic was very close, so I made my first appointment there. I was so impressed with the time and level of care I received that I've never left. Now living in Cambridge, Idaho, an hour and a half away, I still drive to Wilder so I can stay with the wonderful doctors there. Karen Bean, in particular, is just one of a kind! She's so genuine and caring. Always takes time for me. I never ever feel rushed or not listened to. Best health care I've ever had!!

This clinic has been my healthcare provider for years since moving to Idaho years ago. I have a auto immune disease that requires monitoring, also I’m over 65 active man that has worked worldwide but this is my doctor. Recently I had a painful lump on my back that needed removed. Due to traffic I arrived late to my appointment but they got me right in & in-spit of a more difficult then anticipated surgery they pulled together & completed the task. Thank you Wilder Clinic for first class wonderful service in such a rural environment.

Our Family LOVES the Wilder Clinic. Karen Bean is the best! My kids don't dread going to the Dr and it's always quick in and out. The staff is very kind and welcoming.

My wife and I moved to the Adrian area a little over 2 years ago. We are very happy to have found the West Valley Wilder Clinic. We feel fortunate, and are thrilled, to have Karen Bean in charge of our health care. She is very responsive to our needs, and willingly and gladly shares our personal responsibility for our continued good health.

The entire staff at the clinic is very friendly and they do their best to make each visit as pleasant as possible. We especially appreciate Noellia, she is a lovely lady and always so helpful with appointments and paperwork.
We wholeheartedly recommend and sing the praises of the West Valley Wilder Clinic to anybody who will listen to us.

We have lived in Idaho for 3.5 years. We went to a "fancy shmancy" doctor for the first 2 years in Meridian. Their office was not attentive, they didn't get messages straight, our prescriptions got messed up with our mail order. You get the picture? Once we went on Medicare, it seemed like the doctor lost complete interest in providing care to us. So, after having enough of that, we decided to try our local Wilder Clinic. It was like coming home to the best family in the world. We LOVE all of them. We've never met Karen yet, but we've seen her. David Sjostrand is our doctor. We appreciate his treatment methods, he knows instinctively when an antibiotic is needed and when it's not. We trust him to know the difference. He has an open mind, which helps him think of alternative treatment. He is not medicine happy, or surgery happy. He is very cautious with his decisions, that makes us very happy. He's conservative with his treatment approach. His staff? Oh my goodness, Noelia, Elizabeth, Heather, Lori.....it is a mutual appreciation society. We love them, and they care about us too! Can't say enough good. Appointments? NO problem, they can get us right in, phone calls? always answered by the 2nd or 3rd ring. Hugs flow freely if required. Now, if we could just get rid of their darn scale! Ha Ha. Highly Recommend West Valley Wilder!
