I want to sincerely thank all the staff at this facility. We were in a distressing situation and I had called another 24/7 Emergency Vet who were unfortunately not helpful or accommodating to an emergency situation. When I called your office at 12am, the front desk gentleman was calm and very reassuring that we would get the help we needed. Upon arrival, they took our cat right away to perform emergency measures while the office staff were explaining everything in detail. Throughout the time we were there, the staff were always checking or updating us. They were amenable to the decisions we thought were best and didn’t push for anything else. While we ultimately had to put our cat down, the staff and office were amazing. I wish I could’ve remembered their names but please know we appreciated all your support in distressing time. This will be our go-to place in case of an emergency. Thank you to the team on the morning of December 4th for making a sad and heartbreaking experience a bit more manageable. You took care of my Boo and took away any pain she had.

Again, thank you and the team for their efforts, patience, and support.

Beautiful, state of the art veterinary hospital. The doctors are excellent and very kind and all the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I love coming here. They helped my puppy Chai when I thought she had ingested a piece of her blanket. Their quick response saved my baby ?❤️

I called no less than 13 veterinary offices to get help for my bunny, this place was the only one who would take my bun. Not even Access was helpful. M-F there are amazing vets in LA ready to see your bunny, but god forbid they have a problem on the weekend. We called and they fit us in and didn’t even charge for the ultrasound my bunny desperately needed. Everyone here was so friendly and so knowledgeable and so ready to help, I immediately felt more at ease. They have been so great about letting us know what’s going on, asking about every thing they were going to do including having to shave a little of my bunnies fur and why. There was an emergency before us and they came to let us know it would be longer and why, which of course we understand. Like any ER, it’s just how it goes sometimes.

We would absolutely recommend anyone come here with their pet.

We called in 8 veterinary clinics around us, including emergency vets in the area, trying to get an immediate help for our dog. All of them either said that they are not equipped to deal with a problem we were having, or didn't have a doctor available, or weren't taking emergency. This hospital was the only one that said they will take our baby immediately. They were carrying and supportive. And in the end they made proper recommendations that were in best interests of our dog. Their charges were reasonable for an EMERGENCY services that were rendered at 12 am in the morning.
So yes, I highly recommend them!

A few weeks ago we lost our beloved 9 year old rescue pup. It was so unexpected and shocking I haven’t been able to write this review until now. I have never written a public review before but I truly feel it’s the least I can do to show our gratitude for the incredible veterinarian and the entire staff who did everything they could to save her. The kindness, compassion and care they all provided to our pup and to us in such an emergent situation was exceptional.

Our dog was attacked by a coyote. We showed up with him in the middle of the night, not knowing if he would survive. Everyone at Western took the best care of him. He's doing great!

Long overdue, unfortunate experience. I should have left and trusted my gut. Would never return and the series of events that unfolded were pretty awful. I don’t recommend this facility for a number of reasons but specifically they are very overpriced. Not surprised at all by the way the facility looks that this is an overpriced veterinary center. Very disappointed, you would be absolutely insane to go here.

This is the worst vet I’ve ever seen. In fact I’m planning on suing them. They not only overcharge but also not professional. There is what happened: I took my dog to this vet to do a surgery because she ate a foreign body object, which is $9000. My dog did surgeries before and it’s around $4000. Anyway, she did the surgery at this place and two days later, she was more painful than before. Below images are what happened when I woke up in the morning. Her surgical wound started to bleed. So I took her back to the vet again and they said she needed to do another surgery for another $9000. I was like:” you think I’m an ATM machine?” So I took my dog to another vet(in DT LA). Then they told me no surgery is needed. The reason why she is bleeding is because the previous vet messed up in the surgery!

Please don’t go here. Your pets aren’t saved in here but your wallet would be empty
