I am so glad to have Westside Veterinary Clinic so convenient to me when we are in Flagstaff. Dr. Wolff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The new location is a beautiful building and the front desk staff along with the vet techs are all extremely friendly! I feel comfortable knowing these great people are available if/when I need them for our 10 month old pup.

My dogs have seen several of the vets at West Side and it has all been amazing care. One of my dogs was diagnosed with cancer and they were very caring and supportive during the process all the way to the end. When that time came everyone showed so much empathy and kindness and the process was handled so well and made it much easier to handle knowing that they were taking good care of the after life arrangements. I take my dogs that I still have in for all their other appointments and treatments and will continue to do so for them and any future pets I get.

I’m extremely disappointed with the care my 7-month-old German Shepherd received at Westside Veterinary Clinic. Their mission is to provide quality care, but sadly, they failed at every step.

First, they completely neglected to follow up on a parasite infection my puppy was dealing with. Despite the seriousness of the situation, there was no communication or concern after our initial visit.

Secondly, trying to get in touch with them was a nightmare. I called eight times without ever getting a response, which is unacceptable when your pet’s health is at risk. It left me feeling completely unsupported and frustrated.

To make matters worse, instead of running proper tests or giving us any concrete answers, they sent in the general manager to “diagnose” my puppy. This lack of professionalism and failure to run basic diagnostics left me questioning their competence and commitment to animal care.

Overall, I do not recommend Westside Veterinary Clinic. They showed a lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and did not demonstrate the care I expected for my dog’s health. Very disappointing experience.

Lastly, I feel as if one star is one star too many. Be careful.

I will ad that the vet I had previously used couldn't fit him in for 4 days & another 4 days would have most likely put Wyatt in a serious medical state. Westside was more than caring and fit him in THANK YOU GUYS!! Everyone we met & spoke with was extremely caring and kind . I've not found that to be true here in Flagstaff w other vets & we have tried almost all of them. I do even after 1 vist consider them our new vet for our boys.

Miah is amazing! From making my appointment to working with her in person. Hands down the best customer service in years. And my dog absolutely loved her. We saw Dr. Maltese and loved her too. I appreciated that they listened to my needs and didn't try to add on evey little thing that they could. We have a new vet clinic.
