Absolutely LOVE this vet hospital. The staff is amazing and are always so pleasant to speak with. They never make you feel bad when you need a question answered, go out of there to make sure your pet is treated like family. Itnis a small town vet! The best kind to have! I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. I trust they are 100% honest with me and give me the best advice for my fur babies.

I am so incredibly pleased to have found The White Mountain Animal Hospital to care for my pet. They are prompt, kind, professional and clearly doing this work for the right reasons. I went to White Mountain Animal Hospital after my small dog and I were attacked by a pit bull at a gas station while on vacation. They were considerate, understanding, and even initiated a follow up to see how we were doing. I cannot praise them enough. Every single employee i have worked with has been both knowledgeable and professional. We’ll be driving from the Valley to Pinetop for our animal care needs from here on out. Our experience at White Mountain Animal Hospital was heartbreaking but extraordinary. We had to make the decision to put our sweet 15 and a half year old Cattle Dog Aussie shepherd mix to sleep. Blu was a once in a lifetime dog, and we have loved him so much. They treated us with the utmost respect and kindness when we arrived and were so gentle and compassionate with our pup. They literally wept with us and kissed our doggy goodbye with us. I cannot say enough of how comforted we were by the staff and the doctor. God bless them for their kindness and the ministry to help people send their pups to God's garden.

Update:
Over the last few months we brought our second pup Angel to White Mountain to help him, as he had very bad arthritis. He was 14 years old and we did everything possible to try to give him a wonderful quality of life, carrying him around from place to place and treating him like gold. White Mountain did everything they could to help him with his pain. But sadly we had to let our precious Angel go just 3 months after losing his precious brother Blu.
The staff once again we're so compassionate and loving and amazing. There are not enough words to praise Dr Norris and the staff for their kindness and love that they showed to us and our precious boy.
Our Angel went very peacefully to join his brother in God's Garden.
Then a miracle happened... we weren't expecting it, but we wound up getting a miniature cattle dog puppy and have brought him to White Mountain's wonderful
Dr. Norris and her lovely staff. We trust them so much and highly recommend this animal hospital! We know that our new baby is in good hands with them. Thank you all so much!

We have been taking our dogs there for over 4 years. We love Dr. Ole and Dr. Evans. Actually, the whole staff is amazing. They are caring and compassionate and genuinely look out for the best interests of our dogs, Chica and Heidi!

Took my two girls for their initial exams and vaccines. This was a great experience, with a very knowledgeable staff! One of my two girls is extremely shy and has a tendency to relieve herself when around new people, or new places. Upon making the appointment they assured me that would not be an issue. Dr.Norris was the perfect person for these two girls, and allowed us to go at our own pace. The office was clean, atmosphere professional and offered areas for shyer dogs to hang out away from the crowd. Highly recommend! Thanks for taking care of Nahla & Poppy.

I brought my 8 year old dog Mary to White Mountain Veterinary Clinic because she has a swollen belly and Mary saw Dr. Evans. 2 years ago I brought her in for the same problem. She saw Dr. Ole. Dr. Ole said she was just fat and he did no further testing and didn’t really give any diet advice. Dr. Ole displayed a lack of interest in my dog. Dr. Evans gave her a thorough exam, ran blood tests and did an x-ray. Dr. Evans came back in and compassionately gave me the results of the tests. It turns out my dog has an enlarged heart, liver, & spleen from a condition called Dilated Cardiomyopathy which can be caused by diet or congenital. She probably will pass away in a few months. I believe Dr. Ole could have caught this condition two years ago and my dog might have had a better chance of survival. I will not have him examine my other pets when they need a vet. I really like
Dr. Merkle & Dr. Evans and I believe they show animals excellent care.

Twice now, I've had cat emergencies and WMAH fit me in and gave excellent care. Dr. Norris is a loving and kind human being, breaking heart breaking news with such gentle kindness. She assisted with allowing my kitty to leaving this world surrounded by love and gentleness. ❤️I miss you Salty girl.?
