We are always impressed with the staff and quality of care given at Willow Grace Vet, but today more so than ever. Today, we had to make the painful decision to euthanize our dog, and Dr. Stacey and the staff cut their lunchtime short to accommodate us. Our family would highly recommend the wonderful, caring, compassionate vets at Willow Grace, and can not thank them enough for everything.

Willow Grace is officially my dogs new vet. I was told by my vet of 9 years that I’d have to wait a week to get my boy in to be seen, even though he was in severe pain. I called Willow Grace and they got him right in. The staff ALL showed genuine concern for my boy who is a very anxious dog, and made him feel comfortable. It’s clean, smells nice, and they treated my Buddy like he was one of their own. Both of my babies will be patients there from now on. I also told my sister to bring her bulldog here as she’s looking for a new vet also. I highly recommend this place.

Willow Grace is by far the best vet’s office I’ve ever taken my cats to. They were able to diagnose and treat my cat’s dermatological problem after years of trial and error at other vet offices, and showed us so much kindness when my other cat suddenly fell very ill and we had to say goodbye. The staff is excellent and prompt in communication, requests and questions get quick responses, and I can’t say enough good things about the office overall. Thank you all SO much.

I saw two different vets for my senior dogs in the last 6 months, leaving me feeling hopeless and in tears. I sought out vet recommendations from a popular Facebook group and there were countless recommendations for Willow Grace. I cannot thank this entire facility enough, especially Dr. Stacey and the sweet tech with the bright, happy hair who got us an appt right away. Not only was the overall experience just more supportive and kind, but I felt 10000000x more confident in Dr. Stacey’s treatment plan than the prior vet. She is a kind, smart, badass doctor who is killing it in her profession. Thank you sooooo much Willow Grace for doing such a hard job with such compassion. I will never go elsewhere! And to top it all off, the office is absolutely beautiful and so reasonably priced! ?

Very happy with our visit to Willow Grace. Staff is very friendly and affectionate with our pets. Dr Smagala is exceptional! You can tell she really loves working with animals and cares about the health of our two cats. The office is well maintained and clean. Prices are reasonable and comparable with other local Vet offices. Would highly recommend.

Took my dog Slim in just yesterday, they completely cleaned his ears and made them look great, so he’s not shakin as much. So I’m guessing that’s feeling better for him. But they took great care of him and I couldn’t be more pleased. Also their availability is awesome. Early hours and late hours which work great with our everyday lives and work schedule…place is always super clean and they treat my dog like their own… I know I seen dr. Lester but I’m not sure of the other 2 young ladies that were helping. But they were all fantastic. ZERO complaints!!

We like our vet there and the care our pups are given which is what the 2 stars are for. What we don't like is the bait and switch pricing. Our older dog had to have surgery. We got a quote that was crazy high including a cleaning. Our dog has 2 teeth. We just wanted some of the plaque scraped off while he was under. My other half negotiated a more reasonable price. He shows up day of and it's $500 more than he was verbally quoted. We end up taking off things to get it down to the money we saved up for this surgery.
Dog goes under and when he's called to come pick up our pup, they tell him it's $200 more than what he was quoted when dropped off. Either we pay that or they won't send out the mass we had removed for testing. We plan on moving forward, getting everything in writing. If we had known they ran their business this way we never would have started coming there.
