My cat Jojo has been seeing Dr. Q for many years now, he's now nearing 20. The entire staff knows him at this point, especially since he's super vocal and protests loudly about going to the vet. The staff are always friendly and able to accommodate appointments, a lot of times even on the same day. The doctor has very good bedside manner but will also tell you what you should do without using a lot of technical words or sugar-coating things. Jojo has been and is still doing great thanks to all of them and their hard work and dedication. Our family is thankful for the entire staff.

We had a very sick cat. It was a holiday and most. Vets we called were closed. Windermere Veterinary Services were open. They got us in right away. Took their time and answered all of our questions. They have continued call and check-in on our sweet little Alexander Hamilcat. We will be using them for all of our pets now.

The employees ALWAYS go above and beyond to assure both my dog and myself are at ease. She has horrible separation anxiety but she is right at home there. I definitely recommend them.

Avoid at all costs.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The lack of care and attention they give to their patients coupled with the complete disregard to timeliness really has been the last straw for me.

We took our cat to the vet over urinary issues. We’ve had to wait all day for prescriptions only to be told to come back in to the office (at the tune of at least $60) so that our cat can be looked at again. We went ahead and did an xray and were referred to a specialist as our cat has bladder stones. Knowing this was a timely issue, we began looking into prescription diets for her. After going back and forth with this office for over a week, we were sent the WRONG prescription for the food we specifically asked for (Hill’s) and now that it is Friday at end of business, I had to call them back for the RIGHT prescription.

I was placed on hold for 10 minutes while they “looked into it” after arguing with me that I had ordered the wrong food, and when I called back the business was closed and I reached the messaging machine though it was not even 4:45 pm. All while my cat suffers and consistently gets worse without the diet she needs.

I will be telling everyone who will listen to avoid this business and I surely hope you review other businesses before attempting to go here. The level of absolute disregard for my pet was disgusting. Truly and honestly disappointed after reading some of these other reviews as I had hoped the experience would be a lot better.

Dr Qasim and his staff are professional,smart, loving care to all our dogs. They always provide detailed care given both written and verbal to make the decisions. They work almost 24/7 and answer all our questions. I feel this is the best Veterinary in the area.
