Dr. Pennington is absolutely amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. I’m a very nervous cat mom, every sneeze can be concerning, and he is great at calming me when I’m concerned about something insignificant but he has never been dismissive. Recently my cat seemed very sick and definitely not himself. I probably called the vet three/four times to ask advice and reschedule appointments. They were able to find me an appointment the next day because I was very concerned. Dr. Pennington was so wonderful with my sweet boy, as well as the vet tech (so gentle with him) and phone staff that helped me find the soonest appointment. They took my concerns seriously and looked at everything I asked about. He prescribed me medication for my boy and called me as soon as he got back the blood tests, the same day, which is SO appreciated because otherwise I would have been fretting until the morning. He took the time to explain his results in detail and answer all the questions I had. My boy will be okay due to them, thank you so much.
There can be a little bit of a wait, but trust me it is worth it because Dr. Pennington gives the time, energy, and knowledge needed to diagnose and treat your fur babies. I wouldn’t want to be go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Pennington and to your wonderful staff. My boy is already feeling so much better and it’s such a relief. Thank you!

Since we've been going to Windsor Animal Clinic, we've received wonderful care. Even during the pandemic, the Staff has made every effort to continue top notch veterinary care .... When many other Clinics turned animals in need away, Windsor Animal Clinic continue to see every animal in need. Yes, I've waited. And Yes, I wait in my car with my animals, including foster cats and dogs. My animals prefer being in the car with me. They can relax while we wait and not be stressed in a waiting room with other animals in an already stressful environment for an animal. I appreciate the service, compassion, and care received at Windsor Animal Clinic and so do my animals. My furrbabies will continue to go to Windsor Animal Clinic - you too should be so fortunate xoxo

I've been bringing pets here since I was a teenager. The vet is well versed and it's a kind, local practice. Look up Larry Pennington and see how well respected he is. So many of our animals live past 10 under his care. Here is our 12 year old pit with gray hair

While fostering, bottle feeding and staying up all night with orphaned kittens Windsor Animal clinic was a huge help in making sure these babies stayed healthy. I visited many times over the duration of fostering and everyone was super accomodating, explained everything in plain English, didn't talk down to me, and cared for each one of the babies. They made sure they had the shots they needed the meds they needed and explained everything I needed to do at home. They were gentle with the pets and very organized. They spayed and neutered all the kitties as well with no issues. Great place to bring your babies. They do amazing work at this clinic with everyone's pets as well as great work with rescue organizations.

The doctor and his whole staff have been absolutely amazing with my kitten. She injured her foot about 2 months ago and they've been very informative very helpful and the prices aren't outrageous like other places. unfortunately they have to perform surgery on my kitten but I wouldn't let anybody else perform the surgery that's how amazing they have been. I highly recommend their services and will be bringing any other future animals to them and only them.

Working in rescue, I have been to many veterinary practices. With that being said, I can confidently say that Windsor Animal Clinic is one of the best. The staff are VERY knowledgeable and compassionate towards every animal that comes through their door. They are dedicated to providing top-notch veterinary care that is individualized to each and every animal. Windsor Animal Clinic has been vital in allowing rescues to adopt out healthy dogs and cats to loving homes. Colby & Jacob (pictured below) are very grateful for them!

Great place to bring pets for health concerns. They have big hearts, and it shows. We are fostering a dog with heart worms. I feel they can get him well again!
