We were visiting in the area when my dog started not feeling well. We called numerous vets trying to get in the same day and no one was available. This clinic allowed us to come right away and the doctor was very friendly and helpful. She made us feel at ease and I definitely recommend this clinic if you are ever in Hot Springs.

I have never been more disappointed. Brought them in for a check up, was pushed to the side to assist clients that arrived after me. No big deal, whatever. Until that day I brought them home and upon arriving at the house I find my backseat is covered in blood. Rushed my baby inside to find they’d cut her nails too short and didn’t tell me. I called them back, they sent my call to voicemail so I drove myself BACK to the hospital to figure out what had happened and why nobody told me. I was lied to, they said they didn’t have a groomer. And then the groomer told me she got the wrong dog for a trim. Okay mistakes happen, but please let me know if my baby is injured in your care. Nonetheless they tried sending me away without making it right but I refused to leave. Eventually they sent me home with stop bleed. I got a nice letter in the mail and I just chalked it up to a bad experience. Until today when I call to schedule another visit, they hang up on me. And I call back and I get told they’re too busy for me at the time, even though we were halfway through scheduling an appointment? Idk they’re rude and they are willing to lie to their clients even when they injure your animal. I’m horrified.

Very rude and unprofessional. I took my new puppy in for his second round of shots. When I got home and looked at the receipt I was curious what DHLP stood for, I assumed Distemper, Hepatitis, Lepto and Parvo but I needed to make sure because I requested they didn't do the lepto and the tech didn't do that shot but I wanted to make sure their records were correct. I called to get clarification on exactly what shots he got and the lady that answered the phone said she couldn't see it in the computer because she was new but she could check my paper file. It stated in the paper file that he didn't receive the lepto, so that was good. I asked if she could explain exactly what shots my puppy was given and she said I think just the normally shots but in not sure. I said I really needed a s100% answer to make sure his shots coincided with the first shots the breeder's vet gave him. She said someone would call me back. No one ever called back so I called the next day and the lady that answered basically said the same thing, I said I just need a 100% explanation on exactly what shots my puppy got and that his electronic records are correct. She said she was busy but someone would call me back. Not long after the vet called me back to see what the problem was. I said I just need an explanation of the shots. She was immediately super rude and said I didn't trust what her employee told me. I said because she said she wasn't 100% sure. The vet continued to interrupt me. When I asked what DHLP ment she said you don't even know what the codes mean. I don't know what the codes mean, that's why I'm looking for an explination. She said why do you care what shots he gets? I hung up on her and will NEVER go back and will NEVER recommend that place to anyone.

I have NEVER had a bad experience with this vet. absolutely the most informed and personable that I have found she spent probably 45 minutes at least with me she went through each and everything so thoroughly made my dog Comfortable and I just cannot say enough good stuff about her and her stats I live where I had a vet that was just up the street from me but even with calling with A semi Emergency it would be weeks before I could get in or I would have to pay $250 and that's not for same-day appointment that's for an appointment and I would have to leave my dog all day so I would not be there when they examined him or went through what was wrong so I am absolutely thrilled that I found her again . when I first moved to Hot Springs 20 years ago, she had just started her practice and she took care of our dogs. She even came to our house. I moved away so to speak. I have a huge dog I'm 20 years older, which put me put me in my 70s, and it was hard for me to travel, but I would go to her from now on if I had to pay someone to help me get my dog there I think she is absolutely awesome and anyone who thinks different needs to check with some of these other vets around here because I've had my dog, he has three years old and I have had him to five vets suffice I will never use anyone else as long as she is here ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We leave our dogs here when we go on a long vacation. They are always great with communication and welcome our us and our dogs with smiling faces. They are always very helpful with getting our dogs situated and always have detailed reports of how they did while we were away.

My wife and I were traveling across country from Florida November 17th and staying overnight in Hot Springs when our 6 month puppy ate one of my wife's nylon socks at 11:00pm. We called several vets where their emergency service directed us to travel to Little Rock which was over an hour away and could not guarantee our puppy could be seen. We were extremely panicked and stressed with the situation when Dr. Sandy returned our call personally and gave us directions to her office (both verbal directions and a personal text because it might be hard to find at night). When we arrived Dr. Sandy quickly examined our puppy Teddy, treated him with one drop of medicine and within minutes our pup threw up the nylon sock. We were so relieved! We were checked out and driving back to the hotel at11:45 pm in absolute shock and awe that someone so kind and caring would get up in the middle of the night, drive to and open up their office to help save our puppy. You will be forever in our hearts. Thank you so much Dr. Sandy!

Our elderly female cat recently had a urinary tract infection and Dr. Deary prescribed an antibiotic. We had a family tragedy and were unable to give our Baby Girl her pills. Barbara at the clinic told us to bring her to the clinic and they would take care of her. Baby Girl was in good hands for 6 days at the clinic and received her medication. They also gave Baby Girl a bath. Your Pets Animal Hospital did not charge us for six overnight stays, medication administration or her bath. What a comfort knowing Baby Girl was lovingly cared for during a stressful time in our lives. They have been our vet clinic for 17 years. Highly recommend Dr. Deary and her staff.
