These guys are awesome! Very knowledgeable, professional and considerate. I had to get a whole new a/c unit replaced. They were able to explain to me the many options that I had and why. Then when it came to have the unit installed. They were able to get it done in one day.

I can say I am very happy and pleased with the new A/c unit. Hardly hear it running throughout the day. Thank you for keeping us cool kids cool Zoom Zoom 😎

I had an unfortunate experience with Zoom Zoom that I feel compelled to share. Initially, they charged an $89 service fee for a technician to assess my issue. Dominic, the technician, suggested I sign up for their $99 Annual Maintenance Program, which would give me a 15% discount on any work done—rather than crediting the $89 fee if I chose to go ahead with their maintenance services.

As an educated consumer, I sought another estimate and found a company that offered a significantly lower quote, with free service estimates. The other technician even noticed some buildup in my unit and suggested it needed servicing—again, at no charge.

I was excited when Elizabeth from Zoom Zoom scheduled my maintenance appointment for the same day. However, things took a turn when I received a call from Eric Sommer, the owner. His tone was aloof, and when I explained my decision to go with another company for the duct work, he reacted with unexpected frustration. Instead of understanding my choice, he seemed more concerned about losing my business for a small job, which felt unprofessional and a bit confrontational. Before ending the call, the owner shared he had refunded my $99 paid for the maintenance plan (unconfirmed by my credit card company as of now) and cancelled my service appointment.

While I appreciate the effort businesses put into their services, I believe that a customer should be able to choose without being met with frustration or pressure. I hope Eric can take this feedback to heart and focus on improving customer relations and learns that relationships are built on understanding, no strings attached.

If i had more stars i would add on but wow this company is amazing! We had an issue that at first we thought it was an electrical issue. Our AC wouldnt turn on anymore , we switched the breakers and tried it again and still nothing. I looked up many companies for help but no one answered (July 4) i finally contacted Zoom Zoom and Tony answered right away. He came in less than an hour and checked our AC and immediately knew the issue. He fixed it right away. I cant say it enough how grateful we are. I have 2 little ones so having this fixed right away was very important
