We were passing through I-70 on vacation when our dog injured himself. Valley Vet got us in in short notice for an exam. The staff was great with dogs, helpful, and compassionate. They charged a fair amount for their services. We would definitely return it's too bad this place isn't closer to home.

We ended up having to take our dog to another vet. They put her in a splint and the splint broke into several pieces and could have caused more damage to her leg!
I can’t imagine why a splint would do such a thing unless it was really old.
I’m certain a splint should be able to bend into just about any shape before it would break!
Seems crazy they needed to charge so much for old crap!
Then the stitches were done terribly. The other vet literally laughed at what they did. He ended up using staples and only changed me 175. He also laughed at the precepts they had prescribed to her!
They changed us almost $900 for what they did!
And used some crappy split like I said that could have hurt her more.
My very disappointed in the service.
I’m also very disappointed they feel like they need to charge as much as they do!
I would definitely recommend a different vet!!!

This was my first visit to this clinic, the staff was amazing with my boy Kano. He's anxious and they handled his anxiety extremely well. You don't see this type of care in many of the other clinics in the world I'm glad I made the right choice.

I am so very pleased with the staff, they are not our regular vets, but were able to see our fur baby and get him on the mends to feeling better the day before Thanksgiving. I have one more thing to be thankful for!!! Thank you ?

Highly recommend! My Golden Retriever puppy Nixie was 4 months and needed her second round of shots. This is my first puppy and I wasn’t able to go to the appointment due to work, but my mom and son took her and the vet Jaleen called me and walked me through everything Nixie would need and why and assured me it would all be ok. Nixie came home happy the experience didn’t phase her negatively she played for a couple hours then took a nap. Thank you Valley Veterinary!

Dr. Cheryl is by far the best vet in the whole entire world! We had to put our dog Bronco down because he had a brain tumor. I am so grateful for Dr. Cheryl's unconditional love for him. Bronco has seen Dr. Cheryl for a long time. We took him in after a horrible experience at another vet that the past day. Dr. Cheryl assured us that we were making the right decision to have him put down. It was so devastating to have to go through this. Dr. Cheryl made us feel comfortable. I am so glad, Dr. Cheryl was there to help our dog and us through this worst time in our lives. Thank you so much Dr. Cheryl I could not be any more grateful for her.
