We drive 40 minutes to take our corgi to see Dr Jutten at Palisades, and we love everyone there! After Dr J moved from our area, our corgi would flip out when we took him to the new vet, AZ Animal Hispital, to get a nail trim. Az Animal Hospital always took Kylo in the back to examine him, trim his nails, or even this most basic thing. Dr Jutten never did that and even during COVID lockdown, the cave creek vet always allowed one of us to go back with our corgi. After we noticed how forcibly Kylo freaked out when we drove near AZ Animal Hospital, we decided to make the trek to Fountain Hills to reunite with Dr. Jutten. Now, Kylo is not afraid at the vet, and they don't seem to need to "take them in the back room" to examine him. HMMMM. Why would a vet or a vet tech be unable to examine him or trim his nails or clean his ears in our presence I will never, ever take Kylo to AZ Animal Hospital again! It's worth the 40-minute drive each way to know Kylo is getting the best care. He walks right in wthout freaking and hiding under my legs, he allows them to touch him, clean his ears, cut his nails, axamine him, etc without crying and he feels safe bc he's not taken into the back and tied to a post with a muzzle over his nose so they can act without us watching. AAH never even offered us the option to have him examined and/or treated in the EXAM ROOM. That shoud've been our first clue; the high employee turnove rat AAH shouldve been our second clue. We found our vet for life at Palisades, and those folks at AAH who terrified my baby know why they have such high employee turnover. People who love animals won't stay long in a place that mistreats animals, especially sick ones. Palisades always has the same staff every time we go...including the front office staff. Hmmmm! We LOVE Palisades 🙂

I cannot say enough incredible things about Palisades Veterinary Hospital. This review is long overdue but I have so many nice things to say I didn’t know where to even begin! My kitty cat is my whole world and there’s no other place I would trust with her care. Both vets are so knowledgeable, kind and considerate. The staff as a whole are outstanding, each and every one are warm people who truly love animals. They have gone above and beyond for me and my girl for years. So much so that even though I’ve since moved 40 minutes away my cat and I make the drive to see them. I wouldn’t even consider another vet so long as Palisades is an option. I have had cats my entire life and have never received such quality care as I have here. If you’re looking for a vet or to find a new vet look no further. I could write a novel on how fantastic all of my experiences have been with them. A resounding thank you for taking such great care of my baby and for always providing me with the knowledge I need to take the best care of her at home. Honestly I wish I could leave multiple positive reviews for every time I’ve gone or spoken to a member of the staff on the phone because they all deserve positive recognition. I’ll never be able to thank everyone enough for their care. As a pet parent with severe anxiety it truly means a lot when I say they put me at ease. Thank you so much Dr. Hessian & Dr. Juetten and another shoutout to Alex, Sebastian and Elijah for being so fantastic to me and Holly in every visit and phone call! You’ve all made a positive impact on Holly and I and I am so grateful.

We've been bringing our pets to Palisades Veterinary Hospital for about 20 years and I have to say that I think their current staff is the best ever. That means 8 dogs and counting over the years. The front office crew is super customer service oriented, the vet techs are awesome, and of course the vets themselves are great. We've boarded with them too over the years and our pups come back fresh and happy. It's a great place to take your animals that is locally owned and operated, which is increasingly hard to find with any type of service these days.

The team at Palisades Veterinary hospital is wonderful. Our dog has been given the best attention we could ask for over his recent spider bite and the challenges he has faced. Thank you for the compassion you have shown Rio. We are grateful.

This vet, specifically Dr. Hessian, has withheld my pet’s test results from me since April. I’ve called many times and never get a call back from the vet. I have not been given a good reason for the lack of communication. It is now October and I am looking into options as to how to move forward. This can’t be legal.

My fav vet ever ! I have 3 cats and this is the only vet I take them too. The doctor and staff are fantastic, everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful. I needed a last minute appointment and they were able to fit me in just in time ! Take your animals here and they will receive excellent care ! Would give 10 stars if I could !

Can not say enough wonderful things about this office. Dr. Juetton has been our vet for years and has always given us professional and compassionate care.
The staff is amazing also; very helpful, warm and friendly. They helped to make a dark time in our lives a little brighter.
