Animal Hospital of Bentonville took great care of my pup! They have consistently been helpful and timely when getting us in for appointments. When he needed an unexpected urgent surgery, we were scared and had many questions. All of my questions were answered and thoroughly discussed before surgery was decided on. They took wonderful care of Bentley before, during, and after surgery. He recovered beautifully! He is excited to go to the vet. Their staff is very kind and so loving to our fur baby! We are so grateful for Animal Hospital of Bentonville!

The vet and staff here were patient and empathetic especially during a very difficult time and decision. We brought our pup here for diagnostics which turned quickly into making a hard decision. They provided space, time, kindness, and information for us to proceed in the path that was best for our pup. The vet took the time to explain things to us as many times as we needed and answered all of our questions with compassion and grace.

I am so very pleased with the entire experience at the Animal Hospital of Bentonville. The staff was very professional as well as personable. The atmosphere in the reception area was comfortable and clean, loved the cushioned chairs. My wait time was very minimal, I was greeted warmly and my dog was taken right in to be seen. The exam rooms were very sanitary. And there was no medicinal smell, which is present in some clinics. The staff was very knowledgeable and gracious with their findings, taking the time to answer my questions and elaborate on my concerns. I was also pleased with their prices, I felt they were very fair. I will definitely recommend going here.

My 2 year old GSD had an emergency last night. We were on the road and had called Animal Hospital of Bentonville at 5:20 explaining the situation. We were specifically told that the DR did NOT want us to come in because “with it being a large dog it will be too time consuming to perform X-Rays and radiographs so close to closing time.” She then suggests we go to another animal hospital. Mind you, we already live 20 minutes away from town and the next Animal Hospital was another 20 minutes away. We were SHOCKED. This place should call themselves a clinic, not a hospital, if they are not willing to help a dog in need regardless of the size, especially 40 minutes before they close. We would never recommend this facility to anyone.

And for anyone wondering - our pup is fine now (thank goodness).

I have loved Animal Hospital of Bentonville in the past, but when I wasted my time driving all the way here today for a spay consultation (and nothing else), only to be told Dr. Griffin doesn't spay dogs over 50 lbs., that love has definitely diminished. It would be nice if they'd called me and said hey we know you have a 1 year old Golden Retriever who is probably over 50 lbs. and we don't take those patients for spay surgery. Also just checked their website and there is nothing on there that says a word about a weight limit. I live in Springdale and took the day off work so I wouldn't have to drive to work in Bentonville, drive home, drive back, drive home, and back to work. Astronomical waste of time today and I'm not pleased.

Edited to add: The office manager Shelly did call me and hear the feedback and kind of exactly what took place so that's good. I hope the staff moving forward is a little more communicative to the patients. It turns out that Dr. Griffin is a specialist in Goldens and if you want to talk to someone, that's the one. And also there's a doctor that does do surgery on dogs over 50 lbs and she's there on Wednesdays. None of this was ever told to me prior to speaking to Shelly, so I'm sure glad she called.

I can’t recommend them enough! Every time we have brought in one of our animals the level of care the receive is incredible! They love on my babies like their own and they feel like family! I’m so grateful that we found them when we moved here from Texas!

Absolutely splendid visit! Dr. Rice is quite caring and gives very thorough explanations of her examination process, and they have a nice, clean waiting area that makes the annual visit process quick and easy!

The facility itself was super clean. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly during my whole time I was there. They show that they cared so much for my pup, even if it was just for a checkup. Coming here, I know that my pup is in great hands of care!
