I called every vet within 50 miles when my dog hurt his eye. Benson Animal Hospital said come on in! So we drove out and were seen as soon as they could get us in. The service was outstanding and professional would highly recommend! My little man loved every bit of the attention they paid him.

Terrible client etiquette!
They set me up with an appointment for my 2 dogs at 1:15 pm.
I arrived early so not to be running in last minute, and as they ask you to do.
There was a sign on the locked door saying in Staff meeting will re-open up at 1:15 pm.
So I waited with the dogs..
1:15 came and went. They saw me pull up and get out of my car. 15 minutes earlier.
1:18 came rang the door bell...Nothing, 1:20 I looked in the window and the motioned the needed more time. 5 minutes+..
By now with no water and being in 95° heat.
I told them I had to leave. No one cared, no one moved as I drove off. Help your clients and finish your meeting later...
Never to return.

Recently moved from elk grove CA. To Benson AZ. So glad we found this Veterinarian because the care they gave my Senior Basset Sadie was unlike any I received in CA. The love and care they showed my girl was amazing. She was old and had cancer so unfortunately we had to put her to sleep about 3 months after our move but I'm so glad it was Benson Animal Hospital who assisted me with this most difficult decision. If I ever get another Houndie Benson Animal Hospital will be their Veterinarian for life.

Well I took my boy midson in due to a rattlesnake bite. Thankfully they rushed quickly to help out with him and got him all the proper care he needed. Savanna had helped me out as well as the brown haired woman(which I can’t remember her name) but she was the actual vet. Both of them were super awesome cared for my dog and had the patience to deal with his yapping while he was alone in a kennel cause he doesn’t like those. Anywho great place 10/10 would recommend to anybody with pet troubles.

Spencer was an emergency as he had eaten something he shouldn't have. He was x-rayed and found to have a foreign object in his stomach. On Sunday we had to take him to the ER Clinic in Tucson where he spent two nights. He did pass the foreign object but developed gastroenteritis. He is now home recovering. We appreciate the care and treatment that he was given. Dr. Ellen did call us on Saturday to check on him. I would highly recommend Benson Animal Hospital.

We are new to the area after adopting a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel from a breeder. We needed to establish a Vet. We are SO glad we chose Benson Animal Hospital.

We were able to get a well-dog check up appointment very quickly, the support staff was friendly and professional. Parking wad easy and ample even for our big truck.
Our Vet MD was kind, gentle and very thorough. Our adopted small dog is shy, overly timid and quiet. The Vet picked up on this right away and treated her accordingly. We loved that they could do test results on site and read report within minutes. We also had tests done that required overnight processing. Our Vet called us the next day to relay results. We found our entire experience an A+ and highly recommend.
