We absolutely LOVE the care we get at Blair Animal Clinic!! We actually moved across the greater Lafayette area and it’s very far from our house, but we continue to come to Blair Animal Clinic because of the AWESOME staff, technicians and veterinarians!!

Blair Animal Clinic is a family affair. They genuinely care about our furbabies and our concerns, and take the time to listen to us. I love that they are so good with our kids, especially our ginger boy, who is a handful!!! Highly recommend

I have taken my dog to Blair Animal Clinic since I got him about 4 years ago. They are an extremely caring team. We’ve seen most of the staff when I have brought him over the years. I have never once had a bad experience. When I first adopted my dog, he was extremely leery of men. The first employee that we interacted with one of the Vet Assistants named Jim. Jim instantly made my dog feel comfortable, immediately putting me more at ease. Then, the following year when I was in for my dog’s yearly visit, Jim was the Vet assistant that helped us again. After that check up, when Jim was walking me up to the counter to pay he stopped me and said “I just want to let you know that you are doing an amazing job taking care of Boss (my dog’s name).” And proceeded to list the differences that he saw in Boss, both physically and personality wise, from the year prior. I still, years later, am so impressed that he not only remembered us from one visit a year earlier but remembered Boss enough to be able to list differences. Since that point, every time I have brought Boss in, Jim and many of the other staff have stopped in just to say hello and give my dog some loving. It is abundantly clear, through these interactions, that every employee there cares deeply about the animals and owners that come through their doors and strives to go above and beyond. I cannot recommend Blair Animal Clinic enough.

Blair Animal Clinic management staff contacted me last week and they explained the misunderstanding occurred and because of that they refunded my deposit, highly appreciated!

Zero tolerance: I scheduled my first time appointment last Saturday , by mistake I thought it was the next day , but it was on Monday , I call them early morning to reschedule by next day , unfortunately I have a to take my baby to the hospital and spend all day there , As a result , I forget to call them back , they call me of course but did not answer , I was not paying attention. So , I call today and explain the situation to reschedule and even when they never told me about “policies and terms” but they request a deposit for 149 usd for my 2 dogs that I paid , so today they told me in order to schedule an appointment I must paid again 149 usd as deposit , not even a fee , the total amount with any previous information.
I did not , I will no go to a location like this with my beauties and loved dogs. This is my personal opinion !

I've been taking my cats to Blair for over 20 years now and have only positive things to say about all of their vets and staff members! The staff are always polite, friendly and genuinely care about the animals under their care. The vets are all top-notch, with years of training and experience, which lends to their ability to handle even the toughest of cases. A very special, THANKS!!! going out to all who work there!!!

My visit with Sammie to Dr. Thayer was excellent. She (Sammie) was worked in the day I called. The visit
was professional, caring and helpful. Sammie had pancreatitis and the prescribed Rx was effective. Thank you, George Ramsey

Edit: I have now been going for vaccines and I love the staff, quick and simple, they don't push new medications or programs on you if you decline. Staff answers all questions I have generously. Clean facility
I called over the phone and was able to make an appointment as a new visitor. Once I got done giving information I was asked if I could be called back for payment. Never received a call, sent out an email regarding paying for my appointment down payment, no response.
Edit: I received a phone call on the day of appointment and was able to talk about the situation, the staff is very nice, and was able to tell me that she's training others and believed I would make the appointment as a trustworthy individual.
Unfortunately the vet is out and the appointment would have needed to be rescheduled. Very understanding in reason for no reschedule.
I would have needed the vaccines to be able to resign my lease the 1st of the month and had to go to our regular vet 23 minutes away
