ServPro of Lafayette/Louisville turned an almost uninhabitable townhouse into a livable and salable one. Years of hoarding and neglect of all kinds by a relative, of which we were unaware, made us heartsick. Justin (owner) and Kris (foreman) were extremely responsive, empathetic and professional in their proposal, and then in executing the multiple bio-mediation steps that were necessary. We certainly have no hesitation in recommending them.

They are the best. Justin, Tara, and the crew that they have assembled are fantastic. Servpro went above and beyond for this job. Kristi and I were out of town for a motorcycle rally. Servpro actually saved our home by prompt service and follow-up. If Servpro had not responded so quickly I believe we would have had major repair costs to our kitchen and upstairs area. Because they responded so fast, they were able to prevent considerable damage to the upstairs bedroom and closet, the area by the washer & dryer and the kitchen ceiling. I am so thankful that they handled it so well. I would be happy to provide a recommendation if you ever need one!

When your property gets damaged, it can be one of the most frustrating and aggravating experiences you can go through; If you pick the wrong company. Working with ServPro of Lafayette, the only thing you will have to worry about is how long you will be on hold when talking to your insurance company. The owner, Justin, is there at almost every job getting his hands dirty with the crew. The company's managers, Nate, Shane and Justin, are some of the most professional staff in the business. They were the quickest to respond, the company they use, eTest Network, had asbestos results the same day and the job was completed within 3 days. ServPro of Lafayette was courteous, polite and I will call them again and again if their services are needed. Thank you ServPro!!!!

When we bought the house, we were told about the mold damage that was found on inspection. But were under the impression it was not very much and would be easy to clean up ourselves.
