Amazing professional service from start to finish. We've been taking our dogs her since they were puppies, The waiting area and rooms are impeccably clean, and the attention is the best I've ever experienced. The doctor is so very caring and knowledgeable that you'll really feel good about your pets care.

This is the 2nd dog I have had treated by Downtown Vet -- so 10 years total. The staff is excellent, they make scheduling easy, the fees are appropriate for the levelnof care and the Vet spends a lot of time with you and your pet. They then follow up to see how treatment/recovery is working - how often does you MD call you? . Duke was hit by a car, major break in leg and required a lot of adjustments to his cast and they were Johnie on the Spot. 5 months later, he cld win Purina Dog Chow competition. Their fees for full grooming are much better than most pet spas. Really welcoming and caring place. Very responsive!

I can’t say enough good things about Downtown Veterinarian and Dr. Wiggors. She and her staff are simply the best! Dr. Wiggors is incredibly patient with my cat, Olivia, and always takes a proactive approach to her care. They don’t just treat Olivia; they make sure to get to the bottom of any issues she has. The thoroughness and compassion shown by Dr. Wiggors and her team give me great confidence in Olivia’s health and well-being. Thank you for your exceptional care!

By far tishe Best Veterinarian office in the Indianapolis Metropolitan area. Staff is professional, facility is clean - they even offer coffee and muffins all day long. My dog has been going to the Downtown Veterinarian for about 4 years now. Every experience has been great. Those in the front office are always very nice and helpful when I call. When my dog was sick, I called the office to determine whether I should schedule an appointment or not. The office got back with me 30 minutes later, after having spoken with the vet, to give me a list of ways to take care of my dog at home. It was nice to know that the vet was available to help me out right away, and that the office was not trying to make money by having me schedule an appointment. My dog recently got his teeth cleaned there. They remained in great contact with me on that day and called the following day to check up on him. They always make me feel that they truly care about my dog and take their time to help me and answer my questions. I recommend Downtown Veterinarian to anyone.

Dr. Wiggers is amazing. I have been going to her with my cat Kai for many years and she remembers how he acts and make sure he is comfortable. She also does very well with my spicy cat, Phoebe, who does not like the vet. Vet techs are also very kind and compassionate. I would recommend the downtown veterinarian to those who want to ensure their animals are in good hands.
