I’ve taken my animals to VCA for a couple years now and have always had a stellar experience but the real kicker was when our cat came down with a mysterious illness. I really appreciated that VCA tried to treat common illnesses first to rule them out until we moved on to more expensive testing when it was clear she wasn’t getting better. After an uphill battle of getting her to eat again, she started recovering so beautifully. Not only did they diagnose and treat her, but Dr. Graham and Dr. Hendley both treated her with such kindness and affection when she came in and were easily reachable over the phone for questions and updates. It is so clear that these are people who love and respect animals. They were very up front with diagnostic pricing and most of the follow ups were not even an additional charge since they were vet recommended.

It’s been several months since she was sick with blood parasites and she is a new cat now. They literally saved her life.

Had to bring in my French Bulldog cuz she just wasn't acting right. After I told the story about what was going on Dr. Hadder* (not sure of spelling) checked her over real good found out she hurt her back. Gave her some medicine and she is doing great. They truly care about their patients and are so good with them. She is feeling so much better hard to keep her from playing to much for the 10 days

Very friendly. They work to make it as easy and stress free for not only the furry clients but also the caregiver/owner of. They had to amputate a toe last week from our lab due to cancer. I was so afraid he was gonna be miserable for Christmas. But this was took yesterday. He's doing great. They done an excellent job.

Strongly recommend Dr. Lewis and her whole team. They treated us with the utmost kindness and compassion through all stages of my pups life. All the way up until we had to say “see you later”. Captain loved Dr. Lewis and I believe she loved him too. All the ladies working to front desk are also so kind and compassionate - especially Heather. We will be using VCA, Dr. Lewis and her team in the future with our next pet(s).

Amazing experience! Every member of staff is friendly and attentive. They recognize that your fur babies are members of your family and they treat each one with love, patience, and care. The facilities are very clean and spacious and inviting. I drive over an hour to go to this vet they are that awesome!

Unsure about what review to give but I am sure of the fact that I had my Rabbit here for a treatment of fleas. The vet gave him one in the office and sold us some to give him at home. So I waited the alloted time she said to put the other dose on which was Jan. 21st. My rabbit passed away last night. He was fine until now! I am truly upset about this and probably should have listened to my inner voice and treated him myself. She said to use flea treatment for dogs. I NEVER should have listened!!!! 😭
