Dr. Lori Winborne was fantastic this evening as we rushed our young puppy, Lilly, to the vet after vomiting and neurological issues. She was seen quickly and a diagnosis was made after listening to our concerns and an exam. We are thankful for the care they gave Lilly!

I want to say first off that my visit to VCA Highlands Ranch involves helping my cat Ollie pass. Not a happy experience by any means, but an important one.

Dr. Baumgardner and Brittany really impressed my wife and I with their compassion and professionalism.

Dr Baumgardner helped us make the best medical decisions for Ollie and also make his passing as kind to both him and my wife and I as possible. I'm not going to go into details as the experience is still quite raw, but I wanted to make sure to call out just how much we appreciated everything he did to help us navigate an awful situation.

While I don't wish our circumstances on anyone, we couldn't have been in better hands. Thank you for everything.

I am beyond thrilled with the level of care and quality of service we received at VCA Highlands Ranch this year from Dr. Vonau, all the surgery staff and technicians including Maddie, and all the front desk staff. Our beagle needed two separate TPLO surgeries this year which requires lots of appointments, x-rays, meds, phone calls, and compassion for our anxious little boy, and Dr. Vonau and his team were there every step of the way to not only handle him with the care that our little prince needs, but to take time to go above and beyond to answer all our questions and concerns. We were never rushed, we were never bamboozled with hidden charges, we were never left waiting too long or wondering how things were going -- everything was always perfect. Dr. Vonau worked with our budget for the 2nd TPLO, and I was able to use CareCredit to pay it over 18 months with no interest. Our beagle boy is healing beautifully and able to run and play again like he should be, and I know that if we have any questions or concerns that the VCA team is just a phone call away. I would definitely recommend VCA Highlands Ranch to anybody who is considering a surgical procedure for their pet, and I trust that if we ever have an emergency we can bring him to a place where I know he'll be taken care of right away and not be price gouged. Thanks again Dr. Vonau, Maddie, all the technicians and staff at VCA for taking such good care of our pup!

Every person working at this clinic is incredibly kind. We originally went to see Roxane in dentistry and she brought in Brian Young to help assist with our dogs diagnosis. They took the time to hear what our dog had been dealing with and walk us through every issue and next step. We deeply appreciated the care and attention we experienced for the kind humans at this vet today.

Two days ago our dog started puking and not being able to hold down food. We took her in right away and the staff did an ultrasound and found a mass on her spleen that was pressing on to her spine and causing her stomach to bleed within. With the fast action of the vet and staff we were able to get our dog into surgery and saved her life. Our girl had surgery yesterday and is actually walking today!

We truly want to thank the veterinarian on staff that Sunday night the 7th and for catching something like this right away! Because of them we were able to save our Olive ❤️

Panicked the new puppy had swallowed a cat toy, I rushed him to the closest ER vet. They got him in quickly & everyone was kind & supportive as I had a lot of anxiety. The tech who brought him out was calm & supportive going over my options. I chose to monitor him at home & today found the missing cat toy. They were all so understanding to my stress & anxiety! I recently lost my 12 year old dog, adopted a playfully cat & now a little puppy. We hope to not need any more emergency visits, but know where to go now.

Dr Young & his staff were amazing when treating my 10 year old golden retriever, Mumford, who had a scratched eye for a month + that refused to heal. The staff was very informative on our options & kind throughout the entire process. Happy to report we’re all healed up now, thank you!

Dr.Young and his staff have been absolutely amazing to my dogs. I have 2 young trouble makers and have a number of scares that brought us to the emergency room. Not only did Dr.Young save our dog, he never did more than our dogs needed. The staff went above and beyond ensure our dog’s safety and saved our dogs life. Highly recommend this veterinarian!
