Wonderful staff. Answered all our questions throughly. The blanket with the fermions on it treats and positive reinforcement made our boy Gus’s first visit to the vet a pleasant calm experience and set him on the path for great future visits. I just wish we had found them sooner than later for our girls we lost earlier this year.

We are new to the area and we are so thankful to find Thorntown Veterinary Clinic so near our new place. We took some of our youngsters in for initial wellness visit plus vaccines several months back. We enjoyed a very positive, friendly experience with Dr Sarah. She was very knowledgeable, our dogs were very comfortable with her and I felt very comfortable with her care as well as the staff. Since then we had to make an emergency call after hours with a concern. We spoke with Dr. Chris. He was very helpful, and even went so far as to check back with us the next day. We have now had the pleasure of working with Dr Jon. He was very calm and comforting through a very difficult prognosis. He handled the situation with great care and dignity for our pet. We did not expect to need a vet three times in such a short period of time. However, we are so grateful to know that they are there, so caring and so willing to jump in and help when they are needed. Excellent Service and Care. We look forward to working with them for years to come.

If I could give more than five stars, I would I am absolutely always amazed with the treatment, the care, the kindness and knowledge that this staff has. We just went through our first major surgery and had five star treatment. There’s a certain kind of comfort, knowing that your pets taken care of and all your questions are answered hands-down, the best veterinarian and staff around. Special thanks to Emily G for keeping me updated and posted around the clock even when she’s clocked out! I appreciate you all and Nash does too!

We recently had to change vets because our vet retired. They are extremely reasonable, very caring when we had our old girl put down they called the next day to check on us and sent a sympathy card. Dr. John is very kind to our animals, they explain things clearly, give you estimates. We took two of our others in for updated shots and recieved a call the next day to see how they were doing. Making an appointment was simple, can be done online. They do ask for a $50 deposit for new clients and use that towards your 1st bill. Discount for cash, and senior discount. Five star rating

I had one of the best experiences with them .Dr. John was very nice and explained to me the condition my Lyla Rose is going through. The treatment he suggested is working great. I want to thank everyone there for the friendliness and professionalism.
