Everything was great, except I never received a call how my cat was doing during surgery, which they said they would. They said they call when time to pick her up, never did.. so took it upon myself and drove there and picked her up. People were pleasant and nice. Just no cumunication.

Dr. Williams is a wonderful veterinarian and she always helps my little dog out when we’re there for his annual vaccinations. It’s affordable and the care the pets receive is awesome. Highly recommend this veterinary clinic to all of my pet sitting clients and nail trim clients!

Set up appt 6weeks in advance. When I show up to my appointment early, they tell me there is no appointment scheduled for my animal. Totally unprofessional and unwilling to see my animal on the scheduled day. They then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to schedule an appointment in 3 weeks. Would not recommend this place as they appear to be committing medical malpractice due to hiring incompetent employees.

Had to Let a fur baby go to Heaven. Very caring. Please no iv on an older dog. Give him a relaxing shot then Please put shot to heart. No pain, no anxiety. Miss my Arthur every day.

My mom took her dog in to get neutered. But before the appointment was made she had a hard time getting anyone to answer the phone. She left a message & after several weeks finally got a call back to schedule. I guess they must be extremely busy because the first available appointment was 2 months out. So he gets neutered & everyone was very sweet to him & my mom. But she got a call 2 days later from them saying "oops we forgot to send you home with post op directions & his pain meds." Very important info that they forgot He could've had major complications because of this. She asked them to send her the meds that she had already been charged for because she is 72 yrs old & doesn't get to town very often (lives around 25 miles away). After a week she still hadn't received the meds. She called them again & got the response, "oops the post office returned them back to us." Good grief people get your act together. She finally got the meds & post op directions that he needed immediately after his surgery 2 weeks later. A bit too late wouldn't ya say? They were very sweet people but they need to get better organized & not "forget" very important info about your pets health.
