Our Malinois, Captain, is not a fan of going to the doctor, but the staff always treats him well and they don’t show any frustration with him. Dr Davis has always tried to fit him into her schedule on short notice.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Quoted me a price for a spay. Then called me at work saying she had bleeding and they were going to have to give her blood. Then after 2 hours I get a TEXT not a call telling me she didn't need blood and she would be ready to be picked up in an hour. So if someone in my line of work was possibly needing a transfusion would NOT be going home the same day. Then I got the bill they doubled the amount that was quoted to me. One of tge lady there was so rude! Instead of letting me finish what I was asking she kept cutting me off. I ended up pulling all my animals records we will find a BETTER MORE HONEST VET! So beware all of this place. We have been going there for 30 years when Pence was there and had no trouble now we get treated rude by staff and by Davis. I will find one that is NOT in it to get rich! You all should be ashamed of yourselves!

If I could give this place a negative star review, I absolutely would! After being a loyal client for over four years, I was shocked by the lack of compassion during what was an emergency with my dog. When I called for help, the receptionist laughed and told me it would be three weeks before they could see us, suggesting I go to an emergency vet instead. This was during normal business hours! Thankfully, I reached out to another local vet who was able to see my dog the same day. It’s clear that South Way has lost a faithful customer. I will not be returning!

We had a very sick pet and they couldn't do anything more for him and recommended euthanasia. They give us time to be with him and they showed us so much compassion. They allowed us the time that we needed to be with him.

We have been so pleased for the care all of our dogs have received. You guys are the most caring and loving individuals. We appreciate you all. I would recommend you to anyone thanks for all the years care you have given us. Dr Ricks and Davis are amazing. We miss Dr Ricks. She was so good with our Tanks care while she was at Southway.
