This company understands that customers are human beings. I laughed on the phone with Nora Choe, my claims manager, so many times and I also cried because of how crazy my life was going during this process. But once everything got situated and the work began... from start to finish it was a walk in the park. I couldn’t believe how much care their working crew put into my home. They explained every step before they started opening up walls and let me know that some things would get addressed on the reconstruction. The honesty and transparency and communication they provided made me feel comfortable, I even invited them back for tea lol!
