Mike and his team at Servpro are very kind and professional. They communicate well and the customer service I experienced was excellent. They will work with you and address any concerns you have. They really go the extra mile to ensure their customers are taken care of. They did a wonderful job with the water mitigation and mold remediation. The wall looks brand new in the garage with no more mold! Lastly, they did a great job ensuring everyone was safe by implementing measures to comply with CDC Covid19 guidelines. Thanks to Mike, Jason, and everyone who helped our family during this whole water heater debacle!

Servpro of Oxnard came out to my apartment for a water leak last week. The technician who came out was so helpful. They were out in two hours from when I called them and they were able to begin the drying process within four hours. Everything was done in 4 days! Highly recommend.

My 2nd floor laundry room water heater failed and overflowed the drain pan. We shut the water off very soon after the event but we did have some water flowing out of a downstairs ceiling light fixture. I called my insurance company and they initiated a restoration claim to be performed by Servpro of Oxnard. Before Servpro arrived I discovered from my insurance company that even though I haven’t had a HO policy claim in 30 yrs, with the same company, my premium would increase 44% for 3 yrs and then 38% for the 4th and 5th yrs. I would wait to see what the restoration estimate is before deciding to file a claim or pay out of pocket.

Jason Coffman was the lead tech for the 3 man team that came out that day to inspect the damage and start the restoration process. I have a fairly good understanding of home construction, electrical, plumbing, etc. so I can normally tell when I’m dealing with a knowledgeable and honest contractor. Jason was outstanding, he and his team were very professional, energetic, considerate of our home, and came up with a restoration plan that made a lot sense to me and would be the least invasive for our situation. Based on Jason’s advice, can-do attitude, and Servpro’s fair pricing I decided to pay out of pocket. Hopefully, I won’t need restoration services any time soon but if I do I will be calling Servpro of Oxnard.
