When your pet has an emergency need for medical care, it's a blessing and overall relief that this place is always open. There's no doubt about the competence, professionalism and genuine concern of the staff. Easy to find in Cordelia right off HWY 80.

Fantastic place to receive emergency care for your dog. We live closer to UC Davis pet ER but they were completely full not accepting patients. We came here on a whim hopeful they would help our sweet dog Ladybird. Our dog had an intestinal blockage that we tried to relieve with noninvasive treatment first by recommendation and by our own choice as well- but ultimately ended up with surgery. Surgery happened overnight and I was fully informed of deposits, estimates, outcomes and risks as things would change. I believe I received 5 phone calls from the Vet within 24 hours to update us and 2 calls from other staff with updates. She was there for just around 36 hrs. They saved our dogs life and we will absolutely recommend this clinic and would come here again if needed. Friendly staff, fair pricing on treatments for what was done, and I felt that quality work was done on my dog while being well taken care of. Thank you all at Solano-Napa Pet ER!

We had to bring our sweet Bella girl here last Monday evening to have her put to sleep. The staff was so friendly and caring. They took her to place the catheter and brought her back to us wrapped up cozy in a blanket and doggy bed. She nearly fell asleep waiting for the Dr. We received her ashes today and I’m so thankful for the quick turnaround to have my girl “back home”.

We've taken our chihuahua there twice for different problems. They are very thorough and caring. Plan a long wait for admittance and treatment but I will spend $$$ there again if necessary at midnight!
We also use U C Davis for our dog with dry eye and they are a really good teaching Hospital and appointments can take hours. I've heard they are even more expensive than the Solano ER for emergency treatment.
We have a medical plan for our dogs through Banfield for routine and annual treatment. We are pleased with them too!
All the above are good! Don't forget, you may be able to save $$ on.pet meds through COSTCO!

Took my dog, Pippy for the first time here and the wait was a little long (4+ hours)but it was a Saturday morning and there were other animals who were in worse condition.

Hilda took care of us with paperwork and she was very sweet and kind. The vet, Dr. White was very transparent with us and honest about what they could and could not do. We thankfully ended up with pain meds and got to take her home.

Thank you to the staff for your hard work, dedication and love to taking care of our animals.
