I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Veterinary Medical Centre under its new management, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My dog was experiencing a serious situation with multiple seizures, and I was understandably worried. The team at the clinic was incredibly responsive, and they let me in within just 15 minutes to see my dog.
Dr. Zee, the new veterinarian, was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain everything to me and provided excellent care for my furry friend during a stressful time. His compassion and expertise were evident, and I felt reassured that my dog was in capable hands.
Overall, I would give this experience a solid 5 out of 5! Thank you for your exceptional service!

The first picture is how my dog normally looks and the second is her after some sort of allergic reaction. I arrived and the doctor was not in yet... at 10 am... when he did show up and examine her, he spent less than a minute looking at her, explained that I should watch her gums(why?)and then said he’d give her two shots, then he abruptly left the room with no explanation of what the shots were, what to do at home or what to expect. It’s now 10 pm and she is still mildly swollen, she is doing better but I think a 90$ visit should have included some more information guys.
Later that year we brought her back here to have her fixed and she died after the procedure! They said it happens and that sometimes dogs can’t handle the stress of the surgery. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE. They do not care.

Dr Banoub and his staff.....100 out of 50. They went above and beyond to help me with the EU Health certificate so I can take my cat to Germany. They follow ups are outstanding and I can say, with all the stress and bad experience I had lately HE WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I had in a very long time. Priceless and his service doesn't cost more than others charge. So if you need a good Vet for your pets, HE is the answer. I highly recommend him. And no I didn't get paid to write all this. He really is that good.

I cannot recommend Veterinary Medical Center enough! They are professional and truly care for the animals. I have one elder dog and two new puppies. Dr. Banoub Is extremely Knowledgeable and kind. This also includes his staff. I’ve had a lot of negative experiences with veterinarians in the past and I highly recommend this one. They are top-notch and I trust them emphatically!

The front ladies are very nice and helpful and Dr. Banoub is knowledgeable and kind. He is very good with our dog Jake and in the two short visits we’ve had with him, we already trust him with the care of our dog. My husband and I are very happy we chose Veterinary Medical Center as our new vet!

I initially took my dogs and cat here because they accepted my Vet Assure plan. Since then, they’ve been great! I feel the vet and techs really listen and address my concerns and offer multiple options for care at different price points (I’d love to spend $$$ on my fur babies, but that’s not always possible) and I never feel like I’m being upsold. Plus, I can usually get an appointment right away if needed.
